Bed linens were not changed from the previous guest (see picture with hairs on pillow), that's a common problem of hygiene in Egypt and this property wasn't an exception unfortunately. You never know what previous travelers brought with them
You need to add 200 EGP in cash as insurance-deposit, that you get back at checkout

Sheets were dirty like everywhere of the room we stayed.
Curtains were broken
The sits were dirty
We asked for clean pillow sheets, it came but the new ones were also dirty.
As İ learned it is not hotel, it is residence but it was really dirty.
Good location, good value for money
The checkin was one hour late. The toilets, room, fridge wasn't clean, it seems they rushed cleaning process after previous customer checked out
