جيده بالمجمل و لكن لتصبح ممتازه يجب تحسين الشاطئ او تغيره مع تجديد الشاليهات

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال رفيق و عمرو في غايه الذوق و التعاون شكرا

Cons:

1- الأثاث و محتويات الشاليه تحتاج الي تجديد
2- لا يوجد WiFi بالشاليه
3- الشاطي بعيد الي حد ما عن مكان الاقامه
4-الشاطي صغير جدا و معظمه صخري مقارنه بشواطئ الساحل فهو شاطي سيء
5- نظافه الشاليه اثناء الاقامه بمبلغ إضافي و لا يوجد أدوات نظافه لاستخدمها للتنظيف و حتي لا يوجد صابون بالحمامات .

It was a very bad experience; it was not clean at all. One of the ACs are not working properly. Bathrooms are not clean; towels are not available. all in all, it was a horrible experience

Non è una meta che consiglierei a turisti che non parlano arabo. Nessuno parlava una parola di altre lingue, neanche inglese, nonostante sia scritto lo sappiamo. Lo staff è stato disponibile anche se non è possibile non sapere nessuna altra lingua e non comunicarlo.
Raggiungere il mare era un viaggio, golf cart+barca, e non era stato comunicato chiaramente durante la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo chiamato anche al telefono. Piccola, affollata e spazio per nuotare perimetrato e molto piccolo, all' interno della laguna, non sul Mare.
Il wifi non era disponibile, cosa che nel 2026, da turista, trovo critica. Appartamento grande, ma non granché pulito, struttura vecchia e muri che non trattengono nessun rumore, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire.
Overall, staff c'è la mette tutta ma tutto il resto non merita una seconda visita, neanche una prima. Sconsiglio, ma proprio la zona, l' hotel affianco era molto meglio, ma prezzi veramente eccessivi per la posizione.

الشاليه كان منتاز و موقعه كويس و تعامل جنيع الأفراد فوق الممتاز الحقيقة
