Perfect.
Pros:

good location, very clean, you have everything you need for your stay, air conditioning in every room, security, good internet and TVs in every room.

Cons:

if you have a small child with you, I dont recommend a room with a staircase isnt safe.

Pros:

Прекрасен апартамент, оборудван с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Чудесно местоположение - на минутка от плажа. Под апартамента има хранителен магазин, а отсреща кафене с разкошно кафе.
Домакините са любезни, бяха ни оставили и комплименти за добре дошли, за което благодарим!
Отново бихме отседнали там.

Cons:

Като препоръка - ще е хубаво да осигурят и по-високи възглавници за спане.

Lovely flat located near Perea beach
Pros:

The flats were well located, very close to the seafront. We were given a ground floor flat but the sleeping arrangement didn't suit us (it was a studio flat) and the agent kindly moved us to another flat without question. The flats were clean & comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning worked, but only when all the outside doors and windows were closed. As soon as someone opens the door, it turned off - quite annoying when there are 4 people in a flat with different body temperatures!

Pros:

Замечательные современные чистые апартаменты. Расположены в 1 минуте от моря. В апартаментах есть вся посуда, которая может понадобится для приготовления. Мы готовили завтраки в номере, а обедали и ужинали в кафе на побережье. В этом же здании есть магазинчик, в котором есть все самое необходимое.
Нам немного не повезло с погодой в конце сентября, но это не относится к нашему размещению.
Если выйти сразу на берег, то нужно долго идти до глубины, но можно чуть прогуляться по побережью направо и там глубина начинается раньше.
Рядом кафе и таверны с приемлемыми ценами и доброжелательным персоналом.
На втором этаже располагается спальня и санузел с унитазом и раковиной, там нет душа. А на первом есть все и даже стиральная машина, что очень удобно.

Pros:

Местоположението е супер. Магазин на първия етаж в сградата. Много чисто. В кухнята имаше всички удобства. Платих с карта на място. Дамата беше много мила и любезна. Много заведения в непосредствена близост. Залезите са страхотни.

Cons:

Стъпалата към/от спалнята бяха много шумни - скърцаха. Много малка баня, с неудобна сгъваема врата.

Pros:

Amplasarea la o distanta de câteva minute de mers pe jos de cea mai buna porțiune de plaja. Dimensiunea, pat confortabil, canapea extensibila. Complet utilat.
Gazda foarte amabila.

Cons:

Curățenia nu a fost conform scorului de pe platforma. Podeaua băii nu are grad de înclinare suficient se mare, apa baltește si e necesar sa fie șters spațiul băii cu modul după fiecare folosire a dusului. ( Am fost cazați in apartamentul de la parter, menit sa acomodeze persoane cu dizabilități locomotorii.).
Împrejurimile zonei nu sunt îngrijite, dar asa este toată localitatea - exista si trotuare, străzi, gradini, clădiri neîngrijite.
