Boravimo u ovom objektu već treću godinu, Apartman je prostran čist i udoban., osoblje ljubazno i na usluzi.

Cons:

Ranijih godina su češće menjali posteljinu i peškire, ovaj put samo jednom.

Το Apanemia Apartments by Flegra Collection βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στο Πευκοχώρι, κοντά στο κέντρο και την παραλία. Ωστόσο, η εμπειρία μας ήταν απογοητευτική και δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ήταν εντελώς απροετοίμαστο, δεν γνώριζε βασικά πράγματα για την περιοχή, έδινε λάθος πληροφορίες και, όταν αναφέραμε σοβαρό ζήτημα στη διεύθυνση, δεν υπήρξε καμία απάντηση. Επιπλέον, πριν την κράτηση μας είχαν πει πράγματα που δεν ίσχυαν – όπως για το πάρκινγκ – με αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνουμε μόνοι μας θέση και τελικά να αναγκαστούμε να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον για χώρο σε διπλανό οικόπεδο.

Η κουζίνα ήταν πρακτικά άχρηστη: η εστία δεν ζέσταινε, δεν υπήρχε λειτουργικό φουρνάκι και τα σκεύη ήταν κακής ποιότητας. Ουσιαστικά δεν μπορούσες να φτιάξεις ούτε ένα απλό γεύμα. Αυτό μας ανάγκασε να τρώμε συνεχώς έξω, ανεβάζοντας πάρα πολύ το συνολικό κόστος της διαμονής. Και επειδή τα καταστήματα στην περιοχή είναι αρκετά ακριβά και όχι ιδιαίτερα φιλικά προς Έλληνες επισκέπτες, το κόστος τελικά εκτοξεύτηκε – μάλιστα, ούτε καν έναν καφέ δεν υπήρχε στο συγκρότημα για να ξεκινήσεις τη μέρα σου.

Συνολικά, η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν καθόλου ευχάριστη. Το κατάλυμα μπορεί να φαίνεται ελκυστικό στις φωτογραφίες, αλλά η πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ διαφορετική. Δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και δεν το προτείνουμε.

Pros:

Stayed for the 3rd time here and we love it. Rooms are spacious and clean, great for a family of 4. the staff is very kind. We’re happy that the hotel allows dogs, so our dachshund can travel with us.

Quiet summer family vacation
Pros:

Location was close to center. Beach was also less than 5 minutes of walk. There were store opened 24/7 in 1 minute of walk. Almost all of restaurants in town was reachable in 10 minutes of walk.

Unhelpful staff and delayed check-in

Cons:

The check-in was at 3 PM. We arrived at the hotel at 4 PM. Room was still not ready. They informed us that the last guest didn’t checked out on time and room was still dirty. Thus, we have to wait for 1h till they clean it.
Staff was really unhelpful and they didn’t provide any options to us except to return the money back, but during this time of the season you cannot find an accommodation really easy. They didn’t care if you are going to stay or leave.
There is a parking onsite, but you need to pay 7 euros for the parking and you need to move your car after 11 AM.

Es war komfortabel und sauber.
Innerhalb von einer Woche, wurde die Bettwäsche und Handtücher zwei mal gewechselt und das Boden jeden Tag abgewischt.

Konumu oldukça güzel sadece araç park imkanı kısıtlı ve paralı

Odada wifi çekmiyordu
Banyo duşa kabin değil, sadece bir perde var ve her yer su oluyor. Dolayısıyla banyonun kokusu ve temizlik imkanları oldukça kötüydü. Tatil beldesi ve duş en sık kullanılan en önemli detay, acilen duşakabin yaptırılmalı.
