Miesto centras,daug kavinių,restoranų,paplūdimiai.

Cons:

Virtuvėlėje minimaliai yra indų,tačiau 2 vietų elektrinė viryklė,tik simboliškai.Nėra lygintuvo,skalbimas,už atskirą kainą.

amazing apartment, close to the center, close to the sea, in a quiet area, beautiful huge terrace, nice owner, gave us beach umbrellas,parking available in front of the apartment

Το πιο πλήρες κατάλυμα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί.
Pros:

Μας άρεσε το ευρύχωρο πεντακάθαρο στούντιο (καθημερινή καθαριότητα) με κουζινικά, ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής κλπ. Μόλις 250 μέτρα από την θάλασσα, κοντά σε supermarkets, σε μαγαζιά για φαγητό & διασκέδαση. Το προσωπικό πρόσχαρο και γρήγορο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι τους ζητούσαμε.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε, όλα πολύ ωραία, σίγουρα θα ξαναέλθουμε.

Jeden Tag neue Handtücher und es wurde sauber gemacht

Man hört die Autos bis spät in der Nacht.
Alles sehr hellhörig
Lauter Kühlschrank
Duschen war ein Erlebnis.......das Bad war immer geflutet.
Neue Möbel wären supa und 2 Decken für 2 Personen wären angebracht

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait à 2 minutes à pieds du centre et 10 minutes de la mer.
Literie confortable et studio nettoyé tous les jours.

Cons:

1 seul voile pour occulter la porte fenêtre la nuit.
Frigo très bruyant. Nous l'avons débranché
Kitchenette pire qu' élementaire ! Une bouilloire électrique, un grille pain, 1 réchaud électrique 2 taques et un petit evier.
La salle de bain pas pratique du tout ! Emplacement douche très petit. Rien pour refermer donc Il faut mettre le jet au minimum et faire très attention pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout. Mais c'est inévitabile. Toute la salle de bain est mouillée après s'être lavé. 2 évacuations bouchées ! Le pire est que la femme de ménage est venue crier très fâchée parce que nous avions mouillé le sol et c'était passé sous la porte, l'eau s'écoulant également dans la chambre. Même pas une raclette à disposition. La femme de ménage nous a vraiment manqué de respect et aucune excuse de sa part ni du propriétaire. Nous sommes restés très choqués ce jour là et n'y retournerons certainement plus jamais. Pour nous, cet établissement ne mérite pas 3,9 !

The location was amazing! It's a small entrance between the main road and faliraki center. I could just walk in the morning and take a nice cappuccino in one of those coffee shops. It's near everything in faliraki! Very central with green trees and flowers, orange trees that gives a lot of shades and quiet despite been in the center of faliraki. Dimitri it's very nice host 😂😍🤭 I loved him

Cons:

In the end of my stay I was at budget room. The bed wasn't so comfortable, but I believe that in the middle of hot summer it doesn't matter because of the heat.

Perfect location, amazing value for money with minor flaws.
Pros:

Very central location but still a bit quiet. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly host that helped with all kinds of questions.

Cons:

At night, you could not get the room "dark", since the curtain did not block much light and there were some lamps in front of the terrace.

There was no shower curtain, so when taking a shower you always flooded the bathroom with water.
