Fantastisch, alleen om er te komen is een uitdaging in verband met onverharde Griekse B-weg
Pros:

Locatie perfect, uitzicht op zee, rustig, lekker zwembad, voldoende ligplekken

Cons:

Douche te klein, douche buiten was ingepikt door wespen, mooi alternatief duik in zwembad gedurende 24 uur mogelijk

De locatie! Wat een prachtig spul op een prachtige locatie!

Cons:

Als je echt iets wil zeggen: wij hadden het kleinste appartement. Is wat krap maar voldoende voor 2 personen.

Een fantastische tijd bij Iris!
Pros:

We hebben een fantastische week gehad bij Iris Villa’s!
Iris is een super gezellige en fijne gastvrouw, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. Het appartement was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De villa ligt op een prachtige, rustige locatie met een adembenemend uitzicht over zee, met een beetje geluk spot je zelfs dolfijnen en schildpadden.

In het nabijgelegen Amfilochia, dat heerlijk authentiek en niet toeristisch is, hebben we verrukkelijk gegeten en gedronken. Daarnaast maakten we een onvergetelijke dagtocht met de catamaran van Lennart, wat we iedereen kunnen aanraden.

Kortom: alles klopte. We hebben een topweek gehad en komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Optimaal genoten.
Pros:

Wat een prachtige locatie en accommodatie. Een hartelijk ontvangst van Iris. ‘s Morgens wakker worden met het mooiste uitzicht en daarna doen wat je wilt, relaxen bij het zwembad, erop uit met de auto, er is van alles te beleven in de omgeving. Iris neemt je mee naar haar favoriete restaurant in Amfilochia, je dat wilt, en bij terugkomst kun je altijd nog een wijntje doen in de bar. Ook de ouzeri tocht met de andere gasten was super leuk.
We hebben genoten en komen hier zeker nog eens terug!!

Een Paradijs
Pros:

Iris Villa's is echt een super plek om te verblijven.Het ligt prachtig aan zee en met een trappetje kan je heerlijk in zee zwemmen. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden op de diverse terassen en ook nog een zwembad. Het is er heerlijk rustig en wij hebben een aantal keren dolfijnen gezien. En dan natuurlijk Iris zelf. Iris je zou eigenlijk meer dan een 10 verdienen! Je bent een super gastvrouw en gaat heel gemoedelijk met de gasten om. Van Iris krijg je hele leuke tip voor uitjes maar ook restaurants. De omgeving is verre van touristisch dus je begeeft je tussen de Grieken Natuurlijk bezochten we ook haar eigen favoriete restaurant. Iris heeft hier zelfs een Nederlandse vertaling van de kaart voor gemaakt.En natuurlijk de Yamas bar op het terrein zelf waar je gezellig een drankje kan doen met Iris en andere gasten. Het appartement dat wij hadden (begonville) is helemaal compleet ingericht. En van alle gemakken voorzien. Deze plek staat bij ons heel hoog op het lijstje van mooiste accommodaties die we hebben gehad in Griekenland. We zouden graag nog eens terug komen. Iris we hebben het al gezegd , we zijn blij dat we je paradijs ontdekt hebben door b&b. Respect hoe je alles tot zo'n fijne plek hebt gemaakt. Dank je wel voor de gastvrijheid.

Pros:

Prachtige rustige locatie! Zó mooi. En fijne host. Je hebt een auto nodig, maar dan heb je een heerlijk restaurant in de buurt, mooie attracties zoals een waterval en een leuk plaatsje. Huisje is heerlijk, en zwembad ook.

Pros:

Iris heeft ons erg goed ontvangen. Alles super voor elkaar. Aan alles is gedacht, fin dat er badhanddoeken waren. Heerlijk zwemmen in de zee. Dolfijnen kijken. Gewoon heerlijk genieten. Zonsondergang zo mooi daar.

Cons:

Bed kon beter. En de afstand om iets te eten, dat moest met de auto. Maar dat was ook niet heel erg.

Your own ‘semi-private’ corner away from everything
Pros:

Iris is a wonderful and discreet host and I liked everything!

Below some tips if you think of booking into Iris Villas.
1) When you reach Sparton village follow the signs and not your GPS.
2) If you don’t come with a car, you will not enjoy your stay as much.
3) If you are the crowded resort type of traveler, better look for something else.
4) If you have an issue with cats and/or bees, maybe look for something else.

Cons:

There is nothing negative but check the tips above to make sure that Iris Villas is for you. The last part of the road is dirt road but not challenging for the car. It is supposed to be made asphalt eventually but it is unknown when.

Beautifully designed apartments, stunning view and host
Pros:

The view was beautiful, the amenities in the apartment, but also in the yard (many lounge chairs, pool, jacuzzi, tables) were great, the attention to detail in terms of the design of the whole place was outstanding and Iris, the host, is lovely and will be there for you for any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iris Villas.

Cons:

Something that outside of the control of the host is the stronger wind in the afternoon which make it harder to swim in the sea. But until about 1pm the sea is calm.

Excellent chill out and relaxing escape from the crowds !
Pros:

Complete escape from the tourist crowds. Very nice snorkelling and wild dophins and turtles every day right in front of the villa, highly recommended for a relaxing break. Great infinity pool and juccuzi !
