The place is amazing. We liked everything. Staff also is very polite.

Świetne miejsce na spędzenie rodzinnych wakacji. Obsługa dbała o każdy szczegół, była pomocna, bardzo miła, życzliwa. Pięknie urządzony hotel z pięknym otoczeniem. Pokoje duże, bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Okolica spokojna, do najbliższej plaży ok. 500 m, warto wynająć auto, żeby zwiedzić pobliskie miejscowości oraz inne plaże. Polecam. Z przyjemnością jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócę.

Personal, frukost, faciliteter, område - allt var toppen bra. Tyckte om hur de gjort iordning rummet. Längtar tillbaka!

Wát een superfijn appartement is dit! Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Ghiota & Dora waren zeer behulpzaam en supervriendelijk; niets was teveel. Het appartement was superschoon en werd elke dag schoongemaakt.

An amazing property where everywhere looks like a magazine shoot - from the rooms to the gardens. Very comfortable rooms with good facilities & nice homely touches. The staff were so lovely - friendly & knowledgeable of the local area.

We had a very pleasant stay at BATU, Ionnina at reception was lovely and so helpful, she got us a delicious breakfast from the local bakery.The apartment is modern and very clean. Great location situated 10 min from the beach. Private parking is very convenient.

Heel fijne kamer met een terrasje met privacy. Super hygiënisch en fijn dat er 2 zwembaden waren zodat je kon kiezen voor een zonnebad of een schaduw bad. Op wandelafstand van restaurantjes, winkeltjes en de zee!

My stay at Batu was fantastic — everything was perfect from the moment I booked until check-out. But the highlight was definitely Giota and Dora. They went out of their way to help and did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as it could be. They also shared tons of great recommendations for restaurants and activities, both in the area and in Preveza. They’re truly wonderful and made my stay unforgettable.

We had an amazing stay! Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and decorated with great taste. The host was truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and made us feel more like friends than guests.

During our stay, they surprised us with a bottle of delicious local wine – a kind and thoughtful gesture that really made our day.
The property offers two lovely pools and convenient on-site parking. The location is excellent if you're traveling by car – there are many beautiful places and attractions just a short drive away.

We would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Very clean apartments with daily service, two pools for lounging around, very modern and sophisticated decor and very welcoming hosts

The location was exactly what we needed - it was quiet and away from any bustle in the town. Equally, it was easy to get a taxi which we were recommended for trips around the island. The room was perfect, really big and with a great balcony. My partner was able to do bits of work when required and then we could pop down to the pool or off to the beach whenever we wanted. The staff were unbelievable from friendliness to help with any issues, to recommendations and to supporting us with getting to where we wanted to go during the stay; they were also generous, available, personable and had great sense of humour.

A really fantastic place to stay! Dora and Giota run the hotel with great dedication and leave nothing to be desired. It was a great pleasure to see them every morning - especially as they were always so excited to see our seven month old daughter. They gave us tips for restaurants and beaches nearby and were so helpful. It felt so familiar. The hotel is super nicely designed, very clean and everything looks exactly like the pictures. The breakfast that Dora and Giota get from local bakeries is highly recommended.
The hotel is located in a quiet place where everything important is within walking distance: beautiful beaches, various restaurants, supermarket, bakery etc.
We will definitely come back!

I had the immense pleasure of staying at BATU with my family for about a week – and I can wholeheartedly say, it was a truly luxurious experience. What sets this place apart is not just the beautiful setting, but the heart and soul poured into it by the owners. True luxury is the time, care, and attention they give to ensure every guest feels not just welcomed, but genuinely at home. Every one of our needs – even the most specific – was met with kindness, speed, and grace. We were traveling with our one-year-old child and required an extra kettle for sterilization and a grater. Without hesitation, both were provided immediately after our request.
The owners speak English fluently, making communication smooth and pleasant.
Luxury here means freshness, cleanliness, and impeccable maintenance. Each room is cleaned daily – and not just superficially, but thoroughly. The entire property reflects the same high standard, including the pool, which is also cleaned every day. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. A large, convenient parking area is available on-site.
Luxury is also safety and peace of mind, especially for families with young children. The environment is thoughtfully designed to be child-friendly – no dangerous corners or risks of injury – and older kids will absolutely love the pools. The whole property exudes a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
What we appreciated most was the peace and mental rest this place offered. Nestled in a quiet area, it’s just a short walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a party hub or loud nightlife, this is not the place – but if you’re longing for serenity, nature, and a truly restorative stay, this is a hidden gem. There are a few shops and local restaurants nearby.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and authentic hospitality. We are already planning to return – not only because we fell in love with the area, but because the warmth of owners
