Pros:

La ubicación, el patio, los salones comunes.

Cons:

En la noche que llegue a las 2 am no salía agua caliente, apenas estaba tibia. Después de eso, avise y durante el horario diurno los dias posteriores no tuve mas inconvenientes, pero no esperaba que se agote el agua caliente por la noche.

Attraktives und charmantes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage im Wald mit Blick auf die Berge. In der direkten Umgebung sind schöne Wanderungen und Spaziergänge möglich. Eine sehenswerte Holzkirche befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Park mit Sitzbänken, einem Grillplatz und einem Kinderspielplatz. Das Apartment war individuell eingerichtet mit allem, was es für die Selbstversorgung braucht. Das Hotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Empfangsdame war freundlich, wenn auch die Zahlungsmodalitäten etwas kompliziert waren wegen der wirtschaftlichen Lage und der Schwäche des Peso Argentino.

Cons:

Die Einbauküche war etwas abgewohnt und schlechter als die übrige Ausstattung, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Das Bad war extrem klein und die Dusche nicht benutzbar, ohne das halbe Bad unter Wasser zu setzen.
Leider liegt das Hotel ziemlich weit außerhalb, ist also eher was für Naturtouristen, Besucher der Stadt San Carlos de Bariloche müssen lange Fahrtzeiten einrechnen (und zwischen Argentiniern Auto zu fahren ist anstrengend!)

En definitiva, volvería...
Pros:

Me encantó la estancia, principalmente por el trato humano. El personal con una atención impecable. El lugar es precioso visualmente y está perfectamente ubicado.

Cons:

El establecimiento es cautivador, aunque es innegable que la edificación requiere algunas restauraciónes, los días de lluvia descubrimos goteras, la estufa del living no funcionaba y detalle no menor, alquilamos un departamento que tenia lavarropa y este nunca anduvo, aunque abro paréntesis, el establecimiento se hizo cargo de lavarnos la ropa cuando lo necesitamos

Pésima experiencia! ¡No reserven aquí! Nos cancelaron nuestro hospedaje así como nada con un mensaje informal por whatsapp diciéndonos que no nos iban a poder recibir, todo sin previo aviso el mismo día de entrada a minutos de hacer nuestro Check in a las 4 de la tarde. Nos arruinaron las vacaciones! Un desastre y 0 empatía y profesionalismo.

Nuestra cancelación sin previo aviso! La informalidad, y el poco profesionalismo.

Pros:

This is a beautiful small hotel with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Very handy location to the Puerto Pañuelo Cruise boat terminal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Possibly the nicest night of our month in South America.

No guarda relación precio calidad
Pros:

El jardín que en definitiva no pudimos disfrutar por lluvia pero tienen una sala con buenos sillones y linda decó. Muy silencioso. Buenas camas.

Cons:

Muy oscuro, sin ventanas al exterior desde la Sala. No había buenos utensilios en la cocina y eso nos frustró un poco. Se cortó la luz a la hora del almuerzo y a pesar de tener generador no lo prendieron y debimos salir a comer afuera. La Sala estaba totalmente a oscuras.

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, lo más lindo es el parque, ideal para tomar unos mates o una copa de vino y relajarse en ese lugar. Si buscas tranquilidad y naturaleza la ubicación es perfecta, cerca del cerro Llao Llao, muchos puntos turísticos cerca del hotel, evitas el transito para volver al centro, hay varios restaurantes y bares bastante en la zona. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con linda vista desde la habitación. Los chicos de la recepción muy amables, nos dieron muchas recomendaciones y sugerencias.

Cons:

Lo único un poco oscura la cocina, ya que las ventana de la cocina da al pasillo, sin embargo no es algo relevante que afecte la estadía.
