Het doorreizen naar een volgende locatie.
Mijn kamer ging niet goed op slot of van binnenuit open. Enige uitleg "You have to feel the click"
In 5 nachten geen enkele keer schone lakens en handdoeken gehad.
Ook geen sfeer onderling. Ga hier NOOIT als alleenreizende naartoe.
Menu in t Nederlands en Engels, aanwijzingen bij t zwembad idem. Daarvoor ga ik niet naar Griekenland.
Bedden bij t zwembad mochten niet gereserveerd worden, maar gebeurde elke dag weer zonder dat de badlakens weggehaald werden.
BBQ of we nog in coronatijd leven. Tafeltjes ver uit elkaar op kamernummer. Ongezelliger kan je niet bedenken.

Excellent communication before our stay from Nora. Arrived after reception had closed at 4am after a delayed TUI flight, found our room very easily following clear instructions. Great air conditioning which was included in the price. Very welcome cold bottles of water on arrival in our fridge! Nice food served in the bar area. Lovely pool. We were able to hire beach towels easily.
Everything was great. Only comment was that the water took a while to go down the drain in the shower, could do with unblocking but was only minor
Good sized room overlooking the pool. Nice to sit on balcony.
Very limited pots & pans for self catering. No washing up products such as dishwasher liquid, sponge, cloths or dry towel provided or hand soap for bathroom.

I enjoyed the location. Close to the city and beach.
It was stated when booking, that the rooms would be soundproof. This was not the case. The walls were so thin that after 11 in the night you couldn’t even talk in the living room.
Also upon booking it was stated that the air conditioning would be included in a Superior Studio Apartment and this was not included either.
The beds could also use an upgrade.

There was no soap or shampoo in none of the rooms we booked. First time this happened in my life. We had to buy our own soaps from a supermarket nearby.
No bottle of water provided during our arrival. We had to buy from a supermarket nearby.
Blankets in one of the rooms were just thrown in the closet. Most probably were already used by the previous guests,never checked.
Check out was at 10:30 am. We were asked to leave the rooms at 10:30 am., although the hotel was almost empty.
The whole situation was 100% unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities very nice and clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. There are some fantastic beaches nearby.

A late flight was awkward when leaving had nowhere to change etc , probably should have asked for room for another day and paid
The location was excellent, 2 minutes from the beach, and loads of really good local places to eat and drink, also very close to Heraklion. Very close to the airport so the transfer was quick (although a taxi for a 15 minute ride was €45), the apartment was great, had pretty much everything I needed, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool was super tranquil. The pool was great, the loungers were great and the pool bar was perfect for my needs, and there was a washing machine on site. Excellent shower. Super safe. I think it's more suitable for couples and adults as opposed to families with kids though as probably not a lot to do for them onsite or even nearby, but perfect for relaxation. I as working remotely during my stay as well, and it really was a good place to work. I really will stay here again if I venture back to Crete.
The only thing that could have been better was the kitchen equipment. The kitchen was great, but I could have done with a tea towel and a toaster.
