Can't wait to go back
Pros:

The location and incredible views from our suite, the large terrace outside the living area overlooking the beach, as well the harbor view from the balcony off the bedroom. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was outstanding, both the food and, once again, the incredible views from the terrace where breakfast was served.
Thanos and Anthi were wonderful hosts.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like.

I can highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

The apartment was perfect, beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, sitting on the patio overlooking the bay was magnificent. The owners were very helpful and had lots of advice. Service impeccable. I highly recommend Niriedes Hotel and look forward to returning

I have absolutely no complaints just the suggestion you hire a small car. There is much to see on the island so it makes travel easier

Great home base for a few days in Athens.
Pros:

Great location / near the action but on a quiet side street. Attractive reception area and seating. Very well conceived and designed - all new, attention to what matters: nice bedding, new comfortable bed (great mattress), excellent bathroom fixtures. Friendly and helpful staff. And… an elevator! A rarity for small boutique hotels in Athens.

Liked everything. Really.

Fabuleux ! L’emplacement top ! Ce sont des petits appartements quasiment neufs ! Les hôtes sont charmants, vraiment adorable et font tout pour voir faire un séjour inoubliable. En plus de la salle de sport, il y a une piscine cool ! Le P. Déjeuner est tout simplement extraordinaire et il est agréablement apporté par le sosie de Georges Clooney 😉 what else !

Très bel hôtel avec accès à la plus belle plage de Sifnos. On s’y sent chez soi !
Pros:

La vue était magnifique, le petit déjeuner copieux avec du jus d’orange frais, des serviettes de plage à disposition, notre chambre qui ressemblait plutôt à un appartement, l’accès à la plus belle plage de Sifnos, et l’accueil sympathique du patron.

Thank you Thanos, we just loved our stay ! It was a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary!

So quaint and really well decorated. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and all fresh pastries, bread and cakes from Thanos’ father in laws bakery. Thanos was so helpful and accommodating.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre idyllique!

Un accueil très agréable ! Le gérant et sa femme ont adorable de gentillesse. Ils nous ont donné d’excellents conseils. Ils ont offert une chambre beaucoup plus grande que prévu avec une énorme terrasse. Le petit-dej était de très grande qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.
