Great spaces, lovely furniture and wide open areas! Totally recommend it.
Pros:

Organized, great spaces and tech gadgets that added to our stay! We enjoyed our staying there! Especially the big screen, second floor and the net. Kids loved it!

Cons:

The location can be somewhat complicated when you arrive late at night...

Perfect apartment for a relaxed stay in Athens
Pros:

Absolutely perfect apartment to stay for 3 nights in Athens. Really comfortable and a good size for a family of four. Quality appliances and an excellent shower. Nice touch having free bottled water, coffee and tea. Konstantinos was very helpful and friendly, as were the ladies on site. And an amazing luxury having a private pool in the room! The location was also great being only a short walk into the centre of Athens. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The design was pretty cool, kids love the upstairs clear floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, he helped us out with the parking while we arrived quite late.

Tatsächlich wie andere Bewertungen es sagen, die Betten/Matratze ist super und hatte einen den besten Schlaf überhaupt. Konstantinos iat sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert sofort auf WhatsApp. Es gab Tee und Kapselkaffee und einen schönen kleinen Balkon.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht die schönste gibt ein mulmiges Gefühl, wir waren deswegen spät am Abend nicht mehr draußen. Aber ein U-Bahn ist ganz in det Nähe, hat gute Verbindung zum lebendigeren Stadtteilen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, was ein allgemeines Problem in Athen ist, und vorallem keine Regeln zur Nachtruhe für unachtsame Touristen die um 2Uhr nachts kommen und gehen ohne nachsicht für andere die auch schlafen wollen

Absolute gem in Athens with space and fun extras!
Pros:

We loved this place! Worked well for our three children - two bedrooms downstairs and fun extras (arcade game, foosball). The owner could not have been kinder, helping arrange a taxi and storing our bags.

Cons:

We were the first guests of the season so there were a few slight issues, all resolved quickly and easily. The area is a short walk (15 mins) from the centre.

Pros:

A very nice hotel, with a good value for money. Spacious room, comfortable beds and a great bathroom with shower. The decoration was very inspired and the owners very kind and available. The location is not great but it was always calm and the hotel is 5 minutes from the metro. A great choice especially for friends and big companies.

I stayed in a very beautiful space, thoughtfully designed with great taste and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bathrooms were also very nice, modern, and well-maintained, adding to the overall excellent experience.

Très bon séjour de 4 nuits.
Pros:

L’appartement pour lequel nous avons opté est très spacieux et propre. La literie est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes. Il bénéficie de deux salles de bains avec toilettes. L’établissement est situé à mois de 20 minutes à pied de Monastiraki. Le métro est à 7 minutes à pieds. Le chauffeur de taxis Spiros qui travaille en collaboration avec l’établissement est très gentil et très serviable. L’établissement est très sécurisé.

Cons:

Dans les salles de bains, les douches n’ont ni rideaux, ni bac, ni bordures de délimitation au sol. L’eau qui s’écoule de la douche envahit le sol. C’est un désagrément pour les utilisateurs suivants. La nuit, le parc situé à proximité peut parfois accueillir quelques vagabonds.
