Pros:

The contact person was incredibly nice, always helpful, and very quick to respond, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. in addition, the balcony offers an amazing beachfront view.

Cons:

That said, the apartment could use a full renovation. Both the bathroom and the bedroom are in need of updates, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor. Despite these drawbacks, the location and hospitality made for an enjoyable stay overall.

Very enjoyable vacation. Wonderful location and amazing views.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Right on the beach and in a great spot for the restaurants, bars and cafes.

Cons:

A few minor things. There was no overhead shower. The beds were not very comfy and the door of the fridge unit wouldn’t stay shut.

Pros:

Very hospitable hosts, they gave us a lot of useful information. Excellent location, near a good beach, many shops and restaurants, but very still quite. Comfortable accommodation in a very nice place, we will definitely come back.

Pros:

The apartment is ideally located - near a good beach, many shops and restaurants.
Very nice hosts, we enjoyed talking with them in the evening in their garden over a glass of wine.
Remember that this is like a village, there is no urban gloss, this is what attracts these apartments.
Excellent price-quality balance.

Great host and great location with a seaview.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The host, Areti and her son, were very kind and careful with us. We enjoyed our staying at Semeli and we will definetelly choose them again. The sea view is amazing, the appartments being placed right on the beach and in the middle of the action, very close to restaurants, supermakets and bakeries .
The appartament is large, the beds are confortable, the air conditioner is not extra charged, the towels were replaced. We needed a hairdryer and Areti helped us, also she was always asking us if we need anything and if everything is fine.
Hope to come back here soon.

Would 100% stay here again next time I come to Stalida, can’t beat it for location, staff, and value.
Pros:

This hotel was right on the beach with gorgeous views, but quiet and cozy. Right next to tons of great restaurants, stores, can’t beat the location. The rooms were clean and well supplied, and the staff was fantastic! Arete was very kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Short but very relaxing break, in a nice accomodation at a beautiful place!
Pros:

Simple, but comfortable accommodation in a very nice place.
The owners responded effectively to all our requests, were very helpful and polite way and even broke their check-in policy to let us in earlier.
We wish we could extend our staying there!

Very nice place in Stalida close to the beach.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Areti& Tassos , we liked the view and the apart. We managed to meet Areti& Tassos and had a wonderful discussion about Crete and based on their recommendation we visit Lasithi Plateau which was magnific.
Areti was very kind to allow us to stay until the afternoon as we had a late flight from heraklion.Overall , I definitely recommend to stay at Areti as the apart with sea view is very nice placed and quiet.
