Clean and perfect location
The location of the studios, close to the beach and close to a beach bar. The room was clean, with a big bed and a nice terrace. The cleaning lady was passing by everyday and Miss Tina was helpful, not rushing us for the checkout.
The mattress I think was old and a little uncomfortable and the sliding door at the bathroom is not giving you too much intimacy.
Another thing is that for the A/C you need to pay extra, paid on daily basis.
Location - delightful, didn’t have to walk far when you run out of beers or you want to throw yourself in the ocean.
Balcony with sea view- lush, perfect place to hide from the sun when you end up abit too crispy.
A wine bottle opener would of been handy, but we managed.

The place was generally clean (we didn't use anything in the kitchenette) and the room and balcony were very spacious. Large bed which was exactly as described. Very close to the beach. Tina was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We needed a late check-out which was possible. Ample parking.
The matress was extremely uncomfortable, we could feel every spring and had a terrible sleep overall. Shower head had seen better days, very dated. The lights in the room were a bit too dim. No ironing facilities: it is our fault for not checking the app description before booking but I have never come across this before. Air-con comes at an extra charge, again something I have nto encoubtered before which took us by surprise. The room is very noisy, we kept being woken up every morning by loud bangs, chairs dragged, showers going, etc. from the adjacent rooms, maybe the complex is more for early birds... The evenings were really peaceful and relaxing.

The location and a good balcony.
The old mattress, no pillow protectors, a very thin mattress protector, the shower head not been attached to the wall.
The location was fantastic and the views amazing The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful
The property could do with a small makeover ….. the bathroom is adequate but old fashioned, the cooking facility is very slow to heat up One more thing , it would possibly benefit from a removable awning.
We had a room on the top floor. The view from the balcony was outstanding and lived up to expectations of a "studio with sea view". It was a short walk to the bakery/ supermarket or to the coast with a choice of bars and restaurants. Both did involve a walk either up or down a hill. We didn't cook in the apparment but there seemed to be the usual Greek studio kitchen equipment. The manager/cleaner didn't speak English but was very adept at using Google translate. Air-conditioning was an optional extra at €7.00 per day when we were there.
The bed very uncomfortable. The springs were noticeable lumps through the padding. The room had space for a couple of chairs and this would have been helpful.

The location is very closed to the beach, nice balcony, clean and comfortable.

Great value for the money
Communication could be better or improved not always getting answers when enquiring some basic requests via booking messenger, like car rental service or someone to look at the A/C as has stopped working in the last 2 days of our stay, despite paying for A/C.
The only lady around was someone who is not speaking /understands English but manged to get the room key and make the payment.
