Over all It was great
Pros:

Location-Staff-cleanness-private parking

Cons:

They have to apply technology to there hotel specially for accessing the parking and elevator they have to provide electronic cards instead of using code numbers and some times you’ve to call reception to open the gate for parking

Bad service and reactions from the male staff (middle aged man works in night shift)
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the lady at the reception she was very helpful

Cons:

Lacking facilities and staff interaction, i booked a king size bedroom and when i checked in the staff (a middle aged man) works on night duty, he is the worst staff i have ever faced in any hotel. First he refused and said cannot give the king size room and when i said i paid extra for it, he ignored it but still it was acceptable he crossed the line when i asked him for toothpaste, he said you should carry your own toothpaste and its not a 5 star hotel that we will provide you toothpaste and toothbrush.. while the booking i had it clearly said that these things were included. worst service ever wouldnt recommend anyone staying at this hotel complete waste of money
