I am very happy with the stay, and Sheraton Ocean 401 will be my top choice if I am back to Cairo ag
Pros:

I am very impressed with the hassle free and well guided check-in process. The host greeted us promptly at the entrance and helped us with our luggage to our unit. We were also given a quick introduction to the apartment, and provided with all essential information such as emergency contacts as well as nearby food delivery services. The host was very courteous and ready to help us with anything we requested, such as arranging for cab to airport in the very early morning.

Great hassle free stay and definitely value for money! Would stay again if we are ever in Cairo.
Pros:

We booked this because of proximity to the airport on as we had an early outbound flight out of Cairo. We were expecting a basic but decent room to spend half a day and pass the night but it was a well furnished 2 bedroom apartment with everything we needed and more. Its a shame we couldn't spend more time there as we had to fly out the next day.

Cons:

Nothing. We had no issues whatsoever. Eslam (I believe that was his name)was very pleasant and helpful.

Demasiado bonito para lo barato que es!! Muy espacioso, lujoso y bonito.

Cons:

El check in es fatal lo dejan a uno afuera esperando mientras coordinan el apartamento en el que te toca no tienen una recepción formal. Sin embargo una vez que entras el lugar es muy bonito y cómodo

The staff are really helpful, Fouad, Ayman, and Abdel Rahman were so helpful and responsive

Cons:

Cell and internet connection are terrible, we have to call the team every time the WiFi stops working so they recharge the package.

In spite of the early checkin commitment, they kept waiting for more than an hour ..so eventually my city tour got late and we missed one place to visit due to time constraints
