Aloha, mahalo.
Pros:

Quiet, good value for price.
Outdoor cooking look great, but it poured every night so we didn’t use it.
Location good for getting around the island.

Cons:

We came in at midnight, in the rain so the directions didn’t really make sense till the next day.
We used the overhead fans and they were fine for us.

Cumpriu com o objetivo.
Pros:

Ótima localização com vizinhança silenciosa, o problema são os vizinhos de quarto mal educados. Ótimo atendimento do proprietário Stefano, sempre rápido nas respostas e solicito. Quarto espaçoso, sem ar condicionado mas deixando as janelas abertas, ventila bem e fica fresco. Colchão da cama já demonstra o uso excessivo, está fundo no centro. Estacionamento gratuito de fácil acesso.

Cons:

O ponto negativo fica para a questão da limpeza, o hóspede tem que deixar as louças limpas e retirar o lixo mas tem que pagar US$ 120.00 para a faxineira somente passar aspirador e trocar os lençóis e roupa de banho. Muito dinheiro para pouco serviço.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Wir hatten das Studio mit Balkon und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Studio hat 2 Balkone, sodass man sehr gut durchlüften kann. Der Blick geht auf beiden Seiten ins Grüne. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht. Bad sehr schön groß, Bett bequem. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht mit viel Beleuchtung abends. Ausleihe der Schnorchelausrüstung war perfekt und unkompliziert (einfach mitnehmen und wieder zurücklegen). Die Wäsche konnte man kostenfrei waschen, der Trockner kostet 2 USD.
Für uns eine perfekte Woche auf Maui.

Cons:

Leider haben alle Nachbarn die Türklinke nicht verwendet, sodass die Türen rangeschmissen wurden. Hinweis für alle kommenden Gäste: Ihr könnt die Türen leise mit Benutzung der Türklinke schließen! Gilt auch für die Haustür.

Everything we needed and great location for the road to Hana
Pros:

Had a nice 3 day stay. Great location for the road to Hana, upcountry and the surrounding towns. Has everything we needed, comfortable queen bed with soft linens,a shower , full kitchen with coffee and seating on the belcony outside. There is no air conditioning but we slept fine with the fans on. The living room is simple with a fouton to sit on. We didn’t use it much. Stephan is highly responsive and nearby if you need anything. He came to make sure that we had coffee. We really appreciated that we could check in early ! Thank you!

Cons:

I would get a better sofa and chair for the living room. AC would be better in hot months. They are minor things.

Pros:

Pros:

Velmi sympatický byt s vybavenou kuchyní, mikrovlnkou, lednicí dokonce i Netflix

Cons:

Roztomilá pozornost nechal kávu a cukr a mléko do kávy. Byli jsme 2 dospěli a 4 dny. Bylo by milé mít kávu k snídani oba a všechny dny, ale to byl detail na kráse

Pros:

Spacious apartment that has been well-maintained. Comfortable bed, peaceful setting, and a charming wake-up call from the roosters. Well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. Large balcony with table and chairs, plus a BBQ area with a covered table—perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. Great location for exploring the north and west of the island.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have improved my overall stay experience.

Budget friendly, you get what you pay for
Pros:

Very quiet location. The unit was generally clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

Stephano was accommodating when my husband realized he’d left his passport in a drawer the day we checked out.

Cons:

The light switch by the door didn’t turn on the overhead light. So on first entry after dark we stumbled around. Could have been dangerous since we’d never been there before.


One of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain. Neither had warm water. My husband’s first shower was cold. The warm water was intermittent and short lived. Of the six showers we took, two were warm until the end.

There was equipment to make coffee, but no coffee, or sugar. This was so disappointing the first morning.

There was no air conditioning, which is often the case in Hawaii, but I don’t remember the online description mentioning this. The windows opened, but the drapery was heavy so we were forced to choose between privacy and a hint of cool. The evenings were uncomfortably warm.

There were little signs everywhere telling us to take off our shoes and take out the trash. This didn’t feel welcoming, since we never did meet our hosts.

The Maui magazine left in our room was missing many pages. Updating these routinely would be welcoming and helpful. Our last trip to Maui was perfect because guidebooks were left in our room and we discovered something amazing to do.

Pros:

Well decorated and clean.

Cons:

No coffee, The people upstairs walked with hard shoes, clomping around for hours in the evening and for 5 hours in the morning. We could not sleep. The owners Stefron would not give us straight answers and none of them made sense. He and his wife stalked us when we were loading up to leave, starting at 10:30am. He got in my face and started making nonsense comments when I was leaving. I did not want him coming near me. I didn't have my makeup on. I know that sounds silly, but it was an invasion of privacy. There was no garden as the claimed and I have photos
