La atención del personal siempre fue muy buena y predispuesta a que me sienta cómoda. Una pena que no me dieran la propi

Lamentablemente cuando llegue me encontré con que no me habían dado la propiedad reservada
Tuve que pasar una noche en otra instalación (con escalera a planta alta) lo cual no me resultó cómodo teniendo un bebé de 6 meses (la escalera un poco empinada)
Al otro día solicité cambio y me lo concedieron

Cons:

Noté diferencias entre las fotos y la realidad
Sentí como que a muchas cosas les faltaba mantenimiento.
La limpieza la noté un tanto superficial.

Cons:

debería haber una cama en lugar de un sofa cama para que pueda ser mas comodo para tres huespedes adultos , en nuestro caso eramos tres amigas, por lo que una cama matrimonial y un sofa cama no fue lo comodo que esperabamos

Bien, el cafe llego un poco frio y en la 1era mañana vino si completar el termo. todo lo demás optimo en el desayuno.

Cons:

la cama d abajo del sillon estaba roto el elástico y el colchón realmente malo. Falta vajilla, una pava eléctrica también.
