Pros:

Wundervolle Ruhe und zwei schöne große sehr saubere Appartements, die komplett ausgestattet sind. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Der Saunabereich ist ebenfalls ein gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Highlight.

Die Kinder haben es genossen, sich mit den Tieren (Pferde) zu beschäftigen.

Cons:

Das Objekt liegt außerhalb der Route der Skibusse. Die Skifahrer mussten mit dem Auto täglich zur Talstation gefahren und abgeholt werden, was aufwändig und umständlich war. Die Kurtaxe ist aber genauso teuer, wie für Objekte die vorteilhafter liegen.
Bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft steht kein schematischer Grundriss der Wohnungen zur Verfügung, um im Vorfeld die Aufteilung der 11 Pers. aus 4 Familien durchzuspielen oder zu planen.

Saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Lage, aber enttäuschender Service, fehlende Freundlichkeit und ein deutlich überhöhtes Pr

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet im traditionellen Bauernhofstil. Die Lage ist ruhig und landschaftlich schön aber weit abgeschlagen von allem.

Cons:

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (360 € für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück). Unpersönlicher Online-Check-in mit unübersichtlicher Kommunikation und spät möglichem Check-In um 15 Uhr. Sehr unfreundlicher Umgang beim Check-out – wir wurden um Punkt 10 Uhr aus dem Zimmer gedrängt, obwohl wir erst um 5 Uhr morgens zurückkamen. Keine Kulanz trotz hoher Kosten. Zudem unangenehme Situation mit frei herumlaufenden Pferden am Hof.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz - trotz großem Hund - und es war alles vorhanden. Da wir leider nicht so tolles Wanderwetter hatten, genossen wir die Sauna, das Dampfbad und das gemütliche Studio.
