Fotis Studios Apartments

The location. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, beach. But not too close to be disturbed by noise. Lovely quiet, relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by pomegranate and lime tress in fruit.

Everything was great, clean spacious apartment, great pool area, beautiful surroundings. The owners are nice, helpful and warm people. I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was spacious and had a good size balcony. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from.the balcony. The
gardens around the property were lovely to look at. Katerina and Fotis were very good hosts and always kind, helpful and approachable.

nice apartment house with fantastic hosts

Appartement spacieux avec une vraie chambre séparée, parfait pour nous et notre fille de 15 ans. L’accueil de Fotis et de sa famille a été d’une grande gentillesse. Bien que nous connaissions déjà la Crète, elle nous a même conseillé quelques plages plus confidentielles. La piscine est petite mais très agréable, avec très peu de monde. La plage est accessible en 15 minutes à pied, même si la chaleur peut rendre le trajet un peu long. Le mobilier est un peu ancien, mais cela reste tout à fait dans l’ambiance du lieu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Fotis et sa famille !

It had everything we needed and Katerina & Fotis were wonderful. It was a privilege to spend time with them even though it was short. It could not have been better. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.

10/10 me and my parter loved our stay at Fotis Studios Apartments! The hosts were amazing and so accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean throughout the stay and spacious. The pool facilities were luxurious - perfect for couples and families. The location of the apartments is only a short walk from the beach and restaurants/bars and 10mins drive from the airport! Can't wait to go back - such good value for money!

The airport in Heraklion was closed for several hours due to a heavy storm with lots of rain. Therefore all the people whose flights were cancelled had to find an apartment quickly. Booked that room 20 minutes before we are arriving. The old lady was the cutes host you can ever imagine. Our diapers for our small baby were out and she even send someone to buy us some new ones although it was after 9pm! Rooms were clean and everything you need for one night was included (even a bottle of water and some Raki :)).

First of all, we were warmly welcomed which let us feel immediately comfortable. The owners of Fotis Apartments are very kind and warm people.
Our room was very good, well cleaned and very cozy. The bathroom and also the rest were very big and in a good condition.
They regularly taken care that the garbage was disposed of, the towels were change and the beds were made.
First we thought that it will be very loud because of the mainstreet but that was definetely not so. The apartment is very well isolated.
We are really happy that we found Fotis Apartments and we are sure that we come back. Efxaristo for everything.

I liked the hosts, the location, the spacious studio. Everything was Perfect and it wasn't expensive even in august.
