Villa Kavourakia felt like a home away from home. It felt very private and peaceful. The gardens are lovely, the view is wonderful and Babis was a wonderful host, he helped me so many times. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Skiathos.

Замечательная вилла, на прекрасном Острове
Pros:

Великолепная вилла. У нас был номер с потрясающим видом на море. В номере есть небольшая, но удобная кухня. Вся необходимая посуда. Очень чисто, уборка каждый день, раз в три дня смена постельного белья и полотенец. Кроме обычных полотенец, в номере есть пляжные полотенца, такое впервые. За порядком на всей территории следит горничная Теодора. Хозяин виллы Бабис, исключительно добрейший человек и приятный собеседник. Сама вилла находится в хорошей локации, удобно проехать утром в город за греческими пирогами к завтраку, а также к любому пляжу. Как и на любом острове, чтобы познать всю его красоту нужна машина. На территории виллы есть небольшая парковка, но на площадке с наружи достаточно места. Нам очень понравилась таверна "Мельница"-(между портом и посадосючной полосой) рекомендуем. Тогда будет с чем сравнивать. Не плохая таверна Dionysos и Johnny's Restaurant & Bar. Великолепны Греческие "мальдивы" - Остров Цугриия, Отправление морского такси с набережной Скиатоса. Ехать на Северные Спорады надо в начале сентября Обязательно вернёмся.

Pros:

Geräumiges, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Bad mit sehr guter Dusche. Vom großen Balkon hatten wir einen fantastischen Rundum-Blick über die Bucht von Kolios. Es gab tägliche Reinigung und regelmäßigen Handtuchwechsel, das Wlan war sehr gut. Für den Strand wurden extra Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die sehr ruhige Unterkunft liegt am Hang über Kolios und wird über einen nur teilweise beleuchteten Schotterweg erreicht. Bushaltestelle, Imbiss und Supermarkt ca. 400 m entfernt. Mehrere Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir fanden den Strand Vromolimnos am Besten, auch wegen der Musikauswahl der Taverne (Bob Marley statt omnipräsente Abba). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

Der Garten und die Aussicht sind wundervoll.
Babis ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Der uns schnell weitergeholfen hat. Sei es beim Scooter mieten oder um weitere Unterkünfte zu suchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
