The location, the overall cleanliness of the room, the large balcony, the appliances/amenities. The fact that closing the curtains and windows offers excellent light and sound isolation facilitating a good rest regardless of the time of the day or outside conditions. The overall condition of the building not only the room.
Having a regular/full size fridge(+freezer) was a blast!
The property managers could replace the toilet brush at least monthly and provide toilet bowl cleaners/fresheners. Some clothes detergent, paper towels for the kitchen and a sharp(er) knife wouldn't break their budget either. Basic condiments like salt and pepper, toothpicks, some tea bags or coffee pods if available, would be smooth touches for a complete and better experience.
The biggest challenge by far was discarding the garbage: while instructions regarding the expected sorting process are posted everywhere, the dedicated drop zone is fenced and locked with a key. On longer stays, this can be a real issue.

Brand new building and furniture, clean apartment, nice surroundings (walk along the riverside, shop in walking distance, free parking).
When making a reservation for a family of 4, it would be nice to have blankets, utensils and toilet paper for 4 people.

Window need to be kept close due to noisy trafic on the bridge close by.

Am stat undeva la 12 zile , si totul a fost ok. Uneori se cam aude gălăgie din alte camere, dar nu este o problema( constructorul nu a pus baza pe intimitatea si linistea din camere, hol etc ) , dar cum am spus , nu este un lucru care sa ma facă sa dau mai jos de 10. Curățenia trebuie luata in calcul daca perioada de cazare este mai lunga, iar gazda se ocupa de tot ori de câte ori ai nevoie de ceva-comunicarea a fost rapida , pe WhatsApp, choar si la orele 22:00 când interfonul sa stricat si nu am putut întra in clădire pe baza codului code acces , ulterior ne-au adus cheile electronice. Jos se afla o pizzerie si poți servi totul de la mic dejun până la pizza delicioasa. Recomand, și ma voi întoarce curând la ei. Cineva scria ca se aude gălăgie din strada din cauza tramvaielor-va asigur ca nu este asa, zgomotul este mic si in comparație cu București 🤣🤣🤣-nu mai zic. Deci , ne vedem data viitoare!!!

It was very well decorated, spacious and clean, good furniture and comfortable bed and couch.
The shower had a defect, it leaked out at every shower and we had to clean up the water every time. Also it were only 3 forks and 3 spoons which was annoying but manageable, we cleaned them after every meal.
