Pros:

Alles, außer das alle Uhren falsch eingestellt waren.

Cons:

Die dubiose Vermietern wollte 500€, weil angeblich auf der Außenterrasse geraucht wurde. Sie zeigte ein Video, worauf zu erkennen war, dass ein Mieter eine Schachtel Zigaretten in der Hand hielt. Nicht zu erkennen war das geraucht wurde .

Ich habe 20 Minuten bei der Übergabe diskutieren müssen, sie drohte mit der Polizei. Das habe ich dankend angenommen....
Sie hat NICHT angerufen, und wir haben das Appartement verlassen

Die Wohnung an sich ist überragend gut.....sehr sauber, Klasse eingerichtet. Aber am Ende hat der nageative Eindruck der Vermieterin leider überwogen.

Dokonalý obrovský mezonetový apartment kousek od centra Plzně.
Pros:

Skvěle vybavený obrovský prosklený mezonetový apartment situovaný asi 600 m chůze od náměstí Republiky. 4 ložnice, velký společný prostor, 2 koupelny, 2 pracovny, dokonale vybavená kuchyň s moderními spotřebiči a nádobím, sauna, pračka, několik televizí, Wi-fi, terasa okolo celého apartmánu, venkovní sezení na terase pod stříškou, chlazení na pivo. Lednička s nápoji, kávovar s kávou zdarma. Výhled na celou Plzeň. Parkování v garáži v přízemí.

Cons:

Všechno bylo dokonalé.

Wow - besser geht es kaum.
Pros:

Atemberaubend, 8. Stock mit Rundumblick auf Pilsen. Parkplätze im gesicherten Innenhof, 4 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen, top ausgestattete Küche (Getränke zum Kauf im vorgefüllten Kühlschrank und Weinkühlschrank), riesiges Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine extra Toilette, riesige Dachterrasse die fast umlaufend ist und Sauna - was will man mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber, Verkehrsanbindung top, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern vor Ort und hatten noch nie so eine große und schöne Ferienwohnung. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin tadellos, freundlich und verbindlich.

Cons:

Zwei Herdplatten gingen nicht, dies war der Vermieterin bekannt und Abhilfe ist wohl schon in Arbeit (sicher nur ein unglücklicher Zufall) sonst alles super. Wenn wir wieder nach Pilsen fahren, dann in diese Unterkunft.
