My stay at Aparthotel City 5 was truly wonderful.

Kristina made me feel welcome from the very first moment. She took the time to show me maps and guidebooks, explaining what I could explore during my stay in beautiful Prague. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and kind she was, always ready to answer questions and give great local tips.

Each morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. She creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere that you instantly feel at home. And of course, Nero adds even more charm, especially if you enjoy a cuddle from a sweet dog.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city.

I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Menzione d'onore per la nostra host Kristina che è una persona eccezionale e ci ha fatti sentire a casa dall'accoglienza e per tutto il soggiorno, senza perdere professionalità e discrezione. Ci ha anche offerto la colazione per il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ed è stata sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura ha una posizione eccellente in prossimità del fiume e dista una ventina di minuti a piedi dal ponte Carlo. È comunque collegatissima anche con i mezzi con qualsiasi parte della città ed è prossima a negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso e luminoso, silenzioso e tranquillo. Cucina e toilette ben equipaggiate con tutto l'occorrente e anche molti più asciugamani del necessario. Zona living molto confortevole. La struttura è dotata di ascensore.

Bellissima accoglienza della signora Kristina. Parla benissimo l'italiano, meglio di tante persone che conosco, ci ha messo subito a proprio agio e dato consigli e suggerimenti molto apprezzati per muoverci a Praga. L'appartamento comodo, dotato di tutti i comfort e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città compreso l'aeroporto.

Sve, odlična lokacija, odlična usluga i dobročinstvo domaćina! Vratit ćemo se sigurno!

Wyjątkowe miejsce, z super obsługą i bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Nie spodziewałem się windy, która ułatwiła wniesienie bagaży do pokoju, szybkie darmowe WI-FI spokojnie dało się oglądać filmy on-line. Obsługa super, Pani zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa do pomocy.

집주인분이 정말 친절하십니다. 프라하에 대해서 자세히 알려주시고 항상 보면 웃으면서 반겨주시니까 프라하에 있는동안 기분좋게 숙소에 머물 수 있었습니다.
다음에 프라하에 가게된다면 또 묵고싶은 숙소입니다.

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk from Na Knížecí bus terminal, which made it incredibly convenient for day trips to other cities like Český Krumlov. With easy access to buses, trams, and the metro, getting around Prague was a breeze. Even the airport transfer was smooth and hassle-free.
Old Town is only a 20-minute walk away, and I found myself walking most of the time. Each bridge offers a different view, and taking alternate routes allowed me to discover charming neighborhoods I wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
The area around Anděl station is full of local restaurants and pubs, so even when I returned late from day trips, I had plenty of dining options nearby.
The accommodation itself is a perfect blend of apartment comfort and hotel service. Kristina, the host, was incredibly kind and always available. Her warm welcome and orientation upon check-in made me feel like I had family in Prague. She provided helpful tips and local insights that truly enhanced my stay.
Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared — not excessive, but just right with everything I needed to start the day well. The apartment wasn’t ultra-modern, but it was spotlessly clean, with excellent water pressure and drainage.
If I return to Prague, I would absolutely stay here again — 100% would rebook!

Очень уютный отель с домашней атмосферой. В отеле много зелени, очень чисто. Такую хозяйку как Кристина вы больше нигде не встретите. Благодаря ей возникает чувство, что приехали к близким родственникам. В номере есть всё необходимое, очень тепло (за батареи невозможно взяться). На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда до мелочей. Расположение отеля отличное, до метро 350 метров. В 5-ти минутах ходьбы большие супермаркеты и торговый центр. Для курящих в уютном дворике есть место, где можно спокойно посидеть с чашечкой кофе. Нам с женой очень понравилось.
Желающие спокойного отдыха — даже не сомневайтесь.

Wszystko nam się podobało i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Myślałem, że komentarze Pani Kristinie są przesadzone i nawet czasami wykupione jak to w dzisiejszych czasach bywa, ale nic z tych rzeczy. Pani Kristina zaopiekowała się nami od pierwszego wejścia i wszystko wyjaśniła. Następnego dnia usiadła z nami przy stole i wyjaśniła gdzie i jak najlepiej zwiedzać Pragę, dając wszystkie ważne broszury i zaznaczając na mapie najważniejsze miejsca. Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko, a jak nie chce się komuś chodzić to 3 min od hotelu jest metro i pętla autobusowo tramwajowa. Nasz pokój wygladał praktycznie jak kawalerka. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym i oddzielna sypialna. Wszystko czyste i w domowych warunkach. Bardzo nam się podobało. Obsługa i logalizacja TOP! Zdecydowanie powyżej oczekiwań cenowych. Powiem więcej. Gdybym wybierał się kiedyś do Pragi ponownie nawet nie patrzyłbym na inne miejsca mimo, że w nich nie byłem i zacząłbym od maila do Kristiny. Polecam!

This is the best accommodation out of more than 30 where I have ever stayed. I like to write about the downsides to warn potential guests, but here there are none. Breakfasts, which were not advertised, were presented in the form of a signature towel. I have never been able to feel at home while traveling, and usually had to pay a lot of money for that. This is the place where, for a reasonable price, I felt at home. Many thanks to Kristina, her wonderful husband, and of course, the manager—the dog Nero! :)
