宿泊した他の方々が言っているように、何よりもホストのクリスティーナのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです！
とても親しみやすく、久しぶりに会った親戚のおばちゃんのように歓迎してくれます。日本語のプラハ観光ブックレットを用意して待ってくれていて、チェックイン時に一通りの観光スポットを説明してくれました。また、到着はチェックインの時間よりも数時間早かったのですが、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえないか事前に確認したところ、部屋を用意してくれていて、早めのチェックインをさせてもらえました。

彼女は常に親しく接してくれて、必要な情報やサービスを惜しみなく提供してくれます。
だからといって必要以上にこちらのプライベートに踏み込んでくることはなく、宿泊客との距離感が絶妙です。施設の名前の通り、まさにホテルとアパートメントの中間型だと、本当にいい意味で思いました。
ホストとの交流がなく、自分で勝手にカギを見つけて入るようなアパートメント型ではなく、必要な時はホテルのように情報やサービスを受けることができます。ですが、その一方で、自分たちのプライバシーはしっかりと持ちながら、ホテルよりも近い距離間でコミュニケーションを取ることができます。

部屋は写真で見て想像していた以上に広く、またきれいです。
部屋だけでなく一回のロビー（朝食会場）や階段など、きれいに整っています。また部屋も建物も天井が高く窓が多いので開放感が大きいです。ホストの人間性とあいまって、自然とリラックスできる空間でした。一日の観光を終えて宿に着くと、帰ってきたぁ～と思えるそんな場所でした。
寝室、バスルームの他にキッチン、リビングダイニングのついたアパートメント型の部屋でしたが、建物にはなんとエレベーターがありました！アパートメント型の宿泊だと、4階とか5階の部屋だったりして階段を上るのがなかなか大変だったりします。ここで泊まった部屋も5階だったのですが、エレベーターのおかげでストレスなく部屋の往復ができました。部屋からの眺めも良く、このあたりの作りも、ホテルとアパートメントのいいバランスといった感じで良かったです。

立地もよく、大きな地下鉄の駅とバスターミナルから歩いて５分ほどのところにあります。
空港発の191番バスの終点がこのバスターミナルなので、乗り換え等せずに来られます。公共交通機関でのアクセスはよいです。
主要観光スポットの旧市街やプラハ城へもトラムに乗って10分～15分ほどです。
今回は行きませんでしたが、世界遺産の街、チェスキークルムロフへの長距離バスもこのバスターミナル発着だと思います。日帰り観光の早朝発には絶好のロケーションだと思います。
また、駅周辺にはスーパーやショッピング・モールがあり、買い物には不自由しません。キッチンにはお皿や調理器具一式ありますし、電子レンジもあるので、スーパーで食材を買って来て部屋で食事を済ませることもできます。

Власниця готелю Кристина була дуже привітною та уважною, провела нами невеличке турне по карті Праги:) Чудове місце розташування, дешеві та смачні сніданки, цікавий інтер'єр на першому поверсі - наче ти знаходишся в музеї :) Загалом атмосфера була дуже домашньою, тому знаходитись тут було задоволенням. Чого вартий Неро який кожного ранку радував нас своєю присутністю :) Дуже затишне місце - ми ще обов'язково сюди повернемось ;)

I like fried eggs for breakfast

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aparthotel City 5, and I truly cannot recommend it enough.
What makes this place so special is the incredible host, Kristina. I have never experienced such genuine kindness, warmth, and hospitality. Her positive energy is something truly rare and unforgettable.
One moment in particular perfectly reflects her character: when it suddenly started snowing and I didn’t have a warm jacket, Kristina kindly gave me her own—her best one. She quite literally saved my day. Without her, I would have been freezing and probably unable to enjoy the rest of my time outside. It’s gestures like this that go far beyond expectations and show how much she truly cares about her guests.

The hotel itself is also fantastic. The location is excellent, with great transport connections, making it incredibly easy to reach all parts of the city within minutes. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—and even those small extra touches that make a stay feel special.

This was not just accommodation—it was a genuinely warm and memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Il n'y a rien à redire de la maison de Christina, nous avions à la fois le confort d'un appartement entier avec entrée indépendante, ascenseur et la chaleur de l'accueil de Christina qui était aux petits soins. Elle nous a même déposé notre linge lavé et plié au pas de la porte. L'emplacement est dans un quartier calme à un quart d'heure du centre en tramway. Le métro est aussi à 5 minutes. Le petit déjeuner pris au salon est très chouette et on se sent comme à la maison. Un grand merci à vous Christina pour votre investissement ! Les 2 françaises et leur frère.

La host è la persona più accogliente e gentile che io abbia mai incontrato. La struttura è a due passi dalla metro che ti fa raggiungere il centro città in pochissimi minuti, e da un terminal di autobus che permette facilmente di arrivare dall' areoporto

Kristina es una gran amfitriona y nos ayudó en todo, con mucha amabilidad y simpatía.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία και συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας. Ήταν πολύ βοηθητική και άμεση. Ζεστό δωμάτιο και καθαρό με πάντα ζεστό νερό το μπάνιο. Η γειτονιά παρότι λίγο μακρυά από το κέντρο ήταν ωραία με στάση μετρό και αφετηρία λεωφορείων δίπλα, επίσης mall και πολλές μπυραρίες, ήσυχη και σφαλής.

Perfectly clean apartment with stove, refrigerator, and freezer. The street is quiet, the mattress is very firm, and the building is quiet as well. I was very impressed with Kristina’s place, she is lovely, helpful, and even had a Prague info book in Portuguese for my Brazilian partner. Nero the dog is cute and quiet and the Breakfast was much appreciated. Easy to get to from the airport, and close to shopping.

This place exceeded my expectations. It is one of the best accomadation i have ever stayed at in Europe. I would like to thank them again and again. for their excelllent service. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
