Relaxing Weekend getaway In front of beautiful St.Clair waterfall
Pros:

One of the best stays we had. Breathtaking view of St.Clair waterfall and mountains. Mr.Raju is friendly and served all the meals to our cabana. The room is super comfortable. Would definitely come back again.(The best thing was the host allowed us to bring our beloved kitten Sheeba.)

Nice view would be even better with some renovations
Pros:

Great view and a lot of space in the property. The surrounding area was scenic but there are no restaurants or other facilities in the neighborhood.

We got room service for breakfast and dinner. Curries for dinner were tasty.

Cons:

When we arrived it seemed like no one expected us. Property seems to be getting on in years. Card payment wasn’t possible

Highly taken up badly let down.

The View, tasty Food,

Cons:

We were not warned of the steep descent with over 500 unguarded steps to the Vilas. It was very slippery due to the rain. Coming up was even worse. With my children vomiting and feeling dizzy. They wanted us to walk up for meals which we refused to do. They then served us at the Vilas which was a condition when I made the booking.

Yes there are a few steps so if steps are not your thing then avoid. We stayed in 503 and would certainly stay again.

Pros:

Only the location, decent view over the mountains

Cons:

It was horrible, we didn't like the room which had old smelly carpets, mouldy toilet and dirty sheets (see pics attached). The whole Villas is a neglected and declined facility which is run down, empty and sad. The staff (Mr Ragu) was appalling for his carelessness.

We arrived in the evening and only noticed all this after check in. When the day after I mentioned it at the check out, he didn't even offer an apology.

Moreover, he offered to get us a friend of his as a taxi who turned out to be a tentative rip off, so we refused to pay more than agreed.

Beautiful view. Great staff. Nice food.
Pros:

The lanai has a panoramic view of the St. Clair waterfall, valley and mountains. There is also a loft. One can hear birds twittering.
The walks to the St. Clair waterfall, Devon waterfall and surrounding are pleasant.
The PIC Ragu is accommodating and most helpful. Great guy. 😀
The cook Anil is an excellent whipping up delicious curries. 😋

Cons:

The wifi signal though showing full strength is very slow.
The tv does not have English programme.
It is better that a screen is fitted on the front door, loft window and toilet window. This would allow the door and windows to remain open, let in the fresh air and prevent insects from entering the room.

Breathtaking views!
Pros:

The view from our villa was breathtaking! The room was spacious and the bathroom well appointed.

Cons:

The room lacked atmosphere in the evening as there was no soft lighting e.g., side lamps. A safe to store our valuables would also have given us peace of mind.

Amazing view.
Pros:

The view is amazing and worth it for the price. Didn't expect this kind of infinity view.

Cons:

We had some problems with the hot water line. But it is manageable. Nothing to worry about.

Pros:

nice view from the room and comfortable bed to sleep. the air in the room is fresh. the villa is a bit old but in general it’s ok.

Cons:

There were stains on the bed lined and towels, the hot water was limited, after the 5 minutes it finishes. Breakfast could be better + American breakfast doesn’t include the drink and we needed to pay for it additionally which was weird to us.
