Limpio super centrico
It was so clean and modern! We felt comfortable straight away. It was in a great location, close to old town.
We loved our stay! Only thing would be the blanket was too small for the bed but it wasn’t a big deal.

The property was perfectly located only around a 10 min walk to get to the town square. The room was very clean and plenty of toiletries and towels supplied. Access to the room was also very easy and the instructions given were very clear. Novumhouse was the perfect place to stay and would definitely come back :)
Ubicación
No había nadie nunca en la recepció. Tuvimos dificultades para entrar al edificio. Después de subir un tercer piso sin ascensor, nos costó entrar. Por suerte envontramos otro huésped que hablaba polaco y contactó con los duen̈os. En fin la ubicación lo único que mereció la pena.
Que estaba todo cerca muy céntrico
No me gustó un poco que no hubiera censo fuera todo subir escalera pero eso es insignificante
The location was excellent. Room was very clean WHEN WE ARRIVED;beyond that point,it was only cleaned once during our four-day stay.
No staff present (except cleaning service ONCE) THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STAY.
Absolutely no one there to help or answer questions. There is a reception desk but no one is ever there!
Felt like staying at a random apartment

Aucun contact avec une personne sur place, et nous avions le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix mais jamais eu de petits-déjeuners malgré le fait que nous avons essayer de prendre de contact avec le numero de la société ou la messagerie. Sans succès. Donc si ce n’est pas prévu, il ne faut pas le proposer lors du booking.
Está muy bien ubicado para ver Cracovia. Las camas son grandes y cómodas. Estaba todo limpio y bien.
No había mesa para poder desayunar o comer algo.
