Fijne lokatie.
Pros:

De lokatie was geweldig!
De kamer (406) was rustig.
Er was veel keuze voor het ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik heb niemand gezien terwijl ik las over gastvrije eigenaren.
Schoonmaak kwam te laat (er staat tussen 10-12, om 12.15 was ze er nog niet). Ik moet tussen de middag liggen. Helaas.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Residence 9 in Kraków. Everything was great – the location is excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful. A big plus was that my room was ready even earlier than the official check-in time, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The only small downside was the pillow – it was very uncomfortable and there was only one in the room. Apart from that detail, everything else was perfectly fine and I would happily recommend this place.

Za te pieniądze okropny
Pros:

Lokalizacja fajna, ale po hotelu w takim standardzie spodziewałam się szczelnych okien i wygłuszonego pokoju.

Cons:

Zdawałam sobie sprawę że to Starówka i będzie głośno ale bywałam już w takich miejscach i pokoje zawsze były dobrze ogarnięte. TUTAJ w moim pokoju niedomykaly się okna co za tym idzie nie dość że było zimno i głośno. Pomimo swoich zatyczek było nadal głośno przez całą noc. Nie miałam pojęcia że to będzie problem przy meldowaniu, wróciłam późno w nocy i miałam niespodziankę. Teoretycznie mogłam zadzwonić z problemem( bo recepcji nie ma o tej godzinie ) ale za 5h miałam wstawać na pociąg. Polecam się trzy razy zastanowić i wybrać hotel chociażby przy dworcu. Za tyle pieniędzy to żart żeby pokoje nie były wygłuszone i wyciszone przy takiej lokalizacji.

Pros:

Great location. Nice sized room and as we arrived late for check in the staff were helpful in leaving details of how to access our room.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated, although the bathroom was lovely

The location was fabulous just off the main square.
The rooms are very spacious.

Cons:

There was sometimes noise from the street but ear plugs were provided.
We stayed for 4 nights but we didn't have any service to change towels, bedding or empty bins etc

Pobyt w hotelu jak najbardziej udany!
Pros:

Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus:) Bardzo blisko rynku. Co do śniadań, to przyznam, że pierwszy raz jadlam tak pyszny posiłek😀 Wszystko było przepyszne i w dodatku pięknie podane, a restauracja, w ktorej serwują dania jest po prostu znakomita:) Można odpoczać, poczytać książki oraz zrelaksować się przy spokojnej muzyce. Czułam się tam naprawdę wyjątkowo☺️

Cons:

W nocy słychać było troszkę hałas dpbiegający z rynku, jednak pokój byl bardzo blisko centrum, wi mozna bylo się tego spodziewać

Excelente
Pros:

En general es un hotel de 10, céntrico al máximo, seguro, sin nada de ruido a pesar q estás en el centro. El autobús que va al aeropuerto está a 4 minutos andado. Repetiríamos sin duda. Un gran descubrimiento.
