Brak jednorazowych środków higieny, mydło w dozowniku, dało Vibe dworca.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, au centre du vieux cracovie. On a apprécié d'avoir une chambre donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment. La rue étant animée. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement à cause d'un retard d'avion, mais étions néanmoins attendus avec la navette à l'aéroport et à la réception de l'hôtel. Bonne réactivité lors d'envoi de messages.
Le dîner que nous avons choisi de prendre sur place n'était pas exceptionnel.

Facilmente raggiungibile anche dai taxi, che fermano a meno di 2 minuti.
La nostra stanza dava sulla strada pedonale ma particolarmente rumorosa, soprattutto la notte.
Riassetto camera e cambio asciugamani solo in una piccola fascia oraria (dalle 10 alle 12) rende difficoltosa la gestione.

Elevator couldn’t get to the ground level because of the low temperatures (but this got fixed very quickly)

No real reception. Nothing at all after the bar shuts. The price had gone down a lot since we booked. My advice - do free cancellation and then rebook close to the time if it's cheaper.
