Neues, geräumiges und sauberes Bad sowie die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die Bilder im Internet sowie die Beschreibung auf booking lassen den Eindruck entstehen, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt. Tatsächlich gab es keine offizielle Rezeption, sowie keinen wie auf den Fotos abgebildeten Lobbyraum und in Folge auch keinen regulären Check-in bzw. anwesenden Ansprechpartner.
Der Check-In erfolgte über einen Mitarbeiter, der im Innenhof gleichzeitig eine Bar betrieb.
Zimmer wurden nicht täglich sauber gemacht, sondern nur nach Aufforderung (Karte musste an die Tür gehangen werden).
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entspricht nicht!
Fenster im Dachgeschoss ließen sich nur mittels einer kleinen Aufstiegshilfe öffnen und schließen.
Am Wochenende hört man den Lärm von der Straße sehr laut hoch.

Pełna satysfakcja z pobytu: wyjątkowy klimat hotelu, świetna lokalizacja, wspaniała obsługa.
Pros:

Był to mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Poprzednia podróż była służbowa, obecna - wypoczynkowa.

Jestem w 100% zadowolona z jakości usług w tym hotelu. Szczególnie pozytywnie oceniam:
- przemiłą obsługę;
- lokalizację - zarówno w aspekcie turystycznym (tuż przy Starym Rynku), jak i praktycznym (z Dworca Głównego można bez problemu dojść pieszo);
- wystrój hotelu - klasyczny, bardzo sprzyjający wypoczynkowi;
- czystość pościeli, ręczników;
- zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju;
- szczelność okien - tym razem nocleg w pokoju od strony ulicy - przy oknie otwartym faktycznie słychać było gwar, ale po zamknięciu okna nie było przeszkód, by komfortowo spać;
- naprawdę przepyszne śniadania oraz wystrój sali, w którym się je podaje;
- w sezonie letnim możliwość posiedzenia w ogródku.

Comfortable, well-located stay with kind staff and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Residence 9 exceeded my expectations for a stay in Kraków. The room was larger than I expected for a European hotel room, with both drawers and closet storage, which made unpacking much easier for a longer stay. The bathroom and shower facilities felt modern and updated.

The location is excellent — less than a 3-minute walk to Old Town and about a 5–6 minute walk to the tram. One thing I appreciated was how easy the arrival process turned out to be. The taxi drop-off point is only about 20 meters away, and you can already see the hotel signage and entrance from there, which made arriving with luggage much less stressful.

If you need the elevator: enter the building, walk straight back toward the garden area, and the elevator will be on the left. Reception is on the first floor, directly across in the shared bistro space.

The neighborhood felt safe and well lit, even at night. There is some noise from Old Town, as the hotel honestly warns in advance, but with the windows closed it blocks a surprising amount of sound. Even with the windows open, the provided earplugs worked very well and made sleeping easy.

Communication through the Booking.com app was consistently fast and efficient. The owner was also very kind and even spent time discussing future travel ideas with me, which added a personal touch to the stay.

One especially interesting detail: in the bistro area there is a book documenting the renovation of the hotel. I found it fascinating and loved seeing the history and transformation of the building.

Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

As noted, being so close to Old Town means there is some evening street noise, but the provided earplugs helped a great deal.
