Pros:

Чисто. , телевизор с каналами. Чай и кофе были.

Cons:

Далековато от площади,вокзала.. если с чемоданом или сумками,неудобно. Небольшой номер, с маленьким окно. Вначале дали другой адрес, там у них тоже апартаменты. Очень долго не могли выяснить, что не то,потеряли пару часов, опоздали на встречу из-за этого. Кран в ванной отпадал,нужно было его вставлять Никакого видана сад не было, с окошка видно было какие-то заброшенные здания.

Great stay
Pros:

Location and very modern

Cons:

Could hear all the noise from the outside. There’s a motion activated light that comes on as people pass and the curtain allow all the light to come in. Other than that can’t fault it!

Pros:

The location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the same distance from the Jewish Quarter.

The room conditions were great as well. We visited in winter and were a bit concerned about the heating, but I’m happy to report that the radiator system made the room very cozy and warm.

Another great feature is the bathroom: very modern, and the shower pressure is excellent.

Супер розташування в 2х кроках від Вавелю, самі апартаменти гарні і зручні, є все необхідне. Немає ліфта, але для мене це не було проблемою.

Cons:

Коли включаєш воду в душі, відразу включається верхній (тропічний) душ, що не дуже зручно

Perfect choice for solo traveller or couple in Krakow!
Pros:

This was the best apartment experience we’ve had in Poland. Everything was exactly as described and exactly like in the pictures, warm, clean, modern, and very comfortable

The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions in Kraków, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth

The owner provided all the necessary and very helpful information in advance, including details about luggage storage, laundry facilities, nearby shops, and a pharmacy.

We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean, well equipped studio. Comfortable bed, simple but useful kitchen and quiet location. Access was very easy too, no keys to carry around the city!

Pros:

St Agnes Apartments is a beautifully designed flat in an excellent location, very close to the city centre. The interior is stylish and modern, and the communication with the hosts was great — very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy and smooth. The bedroom was warm and comfortable, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including an iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, as well as basic bathroom supplies like shampoo, lotion, and hand soap.

Cons:

However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. In the bathroom, the shower head and the top shower were not working properly, the soap dispensers were broken, and the drain did not work well as water could overflow and leak outside the shower area.
The living room felt colder than expected, and although there were several lamps, the lighting was still quite dim.
One important downside is the door system: it only uses a code, and since the apartment is on the ground floor, it didn’t feel fully safe as there is no way to lock it from the inside.
The walls were very thin, and I could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment, which kept me awake.
Overall, the apartment looks amazing and is in a perfect location, but some practical issues with comfort, privacy, and noise really impacted the stay.
