Pros:

Mariaeva Rooms dispone di due alloggi, entrambi si affacciano sul mare della piccola località di Lentas. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in quello al piano terra che non gode della vista sulla spiaggia, ma è ugualmente spettacolare per via dell'accesso diretto al mare. L'alloggio, seppur piccolo, dispone di un cucinino con frigo e microonde a piastre; il tavolo è all'esterno sulla terrazza. Il posto è ideale per chi vuole vivere il mare tutto il giorno senza rinunciare al comfort di una casa piuttosto fresca, grazie ai muri di pietra, al condizionatore e al ventilatore che assicurano un riposo senza pari!

Cons:

L'accesso alla casa non è semplicissimo perché è necessario passare letteralmente sulla spiaggia per poter accedere alle scalette che portano al piano. Non lo consiglierei per chi viaggia con bagagli pesanti, ha disabilità motorie o è in compagnia di bambini piccoli.

Cosy appartment on toplocation
Pros:

Beautifull appartment on a top location with cosy balcony
Kitchen was small but had everything needed
Host was very helpfull and gave me another, bigger appartment. Due to paintingjob the original one had a chemical smell..
But , as said, no problem.

Pros:

gorgeous beachfront location with a great view. the cleaning lady is really friendly and funny. the air conditioner works.

Cons:

there were ants in our bed and the owner was always very hard to reach and couldn’t fully solve the problem. the room is only clean on the surface but if you look behind the appliances there’s dust and sand behind everything. the shower head is in ill repair, can not properly be mounted to the wall and is very sharp (it cut my boyfriend’s foot). the bathrooms doesn’t smell good and leaks. the floor was always completely wet. the room generally is very dark with a poor design and old furniture. also the concrete bed frame (literally) has sharp corners so be careful getting in and out. if this place would cost only 20 euros a night we would’ve been fine with the circumstances but for this price it’s sadly too run down. because the location is amazing we genuinely hope that this place will be renovated to fit the price point; then we’ll gladly be back!
