Pros:

Puiki lokacija ir erdvus kambarys. Vonia su tualetu kiek atgyvenusi interjero prasme.

Cons:

Žiemą jaučiasi šaltis. Ypatingai opi problema vonioje su tualetu, kur grindys klotos plytelėmis. Šilumos izoliacija tikrai nepritaikyta žiemos sezonui.
