Das Appartment entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit.
Pros:

Wir nutzten das Apartment für den Familienwinterurlaub mit drei Generationen: Großeltern, Töchter, Enkeltochter. Wegen der unterschiedlichen Ansprüche und Schlafenszeiten war es für uns wichtig, dass man zwischendurch von der Piste oder einem Ausflug wieder leicht zurück ins Appartment kommen kann und dass für die Familienmitglieder unterschiedliche Schlafmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. Deshalb entschieden wir uns, trotz des ziemlichen hohen Preises, für dieses Appartment:
1. Perfekte Lage am Ausgangspunkt der drei Bergbahnen in Serfaus.
2. Appartment Nr. 5 mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmmern + WC sowie einer Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche.
Sehr zu schätzen wußten wir außerdem
3. Großes Spielzimmer im Erdgeschoss für die Kleinen, Kicker (kostenlos) darin auch für die Großen.
4. Großzügige Saunawelt (kostenlos) für die "Alten".
5. Brötchenservice (aber ziemlich teuere Brötchen)

Cons:

Die Fußbodenheizung reagierte sehr träge. Obwohl wir den Thermostat letztlich auf 15 °C einstellten, blieben die Räume auch nachts bei über 20° Celsius temperiert. Das führte nach Lüften durch das Öffnen der Fenster anschließend zu sehr trockener Luft in allen Räumen.
