Hotel Kleopatra

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very close to the sea but still quiet and peaceful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly clean — definitely worth the price. We especially enjoyed the friendly little cat that belongs to the owner — such a lovely touch! Thank you for your warm hospitality and for the great memories. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Greece.

I have stayed here before and it’s lovely. Kleri is SO warm, welcoming, generous & attentive. The hotel is quirky, cooled by her lush garden plants (& air con in rooms) . She is supported by family Annie & George who are efficient & kind. Cannot recommend enough. Great balcony views of sea too! I love the personal care,conscientiousness & cleanliness— plus views, 3 min walk to beaches, oasis greenery & this year the lovely kitten, Alexandria! BTW only 10 min bus ride from Chania centre (€2).

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per 2 settimane, estremamente pulita in ogni angolo, i pavimenti sempre brillanti e le pareti sembrano appena pitturate per quanto sono tenute bene, arredamenti semplici (stile greco) ma nuovi, cosa molto importante il letto: comodissimo! Ogni balcone ha la sua privacy, si è circondati da piante ed alberi ovunque, una pace assoluta con la vista mare da sfondo. Posizionato in una zona dove a piedi è possibile raggiungere sia la spiaggia che ristoranti e negizietti vari.Il vero fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura però sono Adriana e Kleri, 2 persone straordinarie, dolci, accoglienti, gentilissime e molto simpatiche, hanno davvero a cuore i loro ospiti e se ne prendono cura con delle attenzioni fuori dal comune. Spesso è volentieri la signora Kleri ci faceva trovare delle cosine preparate da lei, tipo olio, liquori e frutta candita. Ti fanno sentire talmente coccolata e a casa da non poter fare a meno di pensare di tornarci di nuovo...e lo faremo!!! Adriana parla perfettamente italiano e le chiacchierate con lei resteranno tra i ricordi più belli di questa vacanza.

Struttura molto bella, ornata di fiori meravigliosi all’esterno. Ma soprattutto il personale di una gentilezza unica! Persone veramente di cuore che ci hanno mostrato un’ospitalità incredibile!

Davvero un posto bellissimo, con colori caratteristici e immerso nel verde, pulizia impeccabile e la totalità dei servizi molto buona. La signora che gestisce ci ha trattato benissimo, cordiale e attenta ai dettagli, ci ha offerto oltre che ad un incantevole soggiorno, composizioni di asciugamani sempre puliti, e piccoli regalini durante e dopo la nostra permanenza, compresa una marmellata di rose dal gusto caratteristico. Το κατάλυμα της κυρίας Κλεοπάτρας ήταν καταπληκτικό. Η κυρία Κλεοπάτρα είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα, που προσέχει τους επισκέπτες της με μεγάλη αγάπη και φροντίδα. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πολύ άνετα και σίγουρα θα την ξανά προτιμούσαμε και θα την προτείναμε σε όλους.

Η κυρία Κλεοπάτρα δεν είναι απλά η ψυχή του καταλύματος, είναι ένα σπάνιο παράδειγμα ανθρώπου που αγαπάει αληθινά αυτό που κάνει και το δείχνει με κάθε τρόπο χωρίς να περιμένει αντάλλαγμα.

Cosa mi è piaciuto di questo soggiorno? TUTTO, potrei scrivere veramente tante cose, ma oltre alle camere spettacolari, attrezzate di tutto il necessario per abitarci e cucinarci all’interno se non si vuole mangiare sempre fuori, nel nostro caso una vista spettacolare sul mare dal balconcino bello ampio, ambiente magico immerso nella natura con qualche gattino che gira intorno(amorevoli), posizione perfetta e strategica tra Chania e le spiagge più belle dell’isola( solo un oretta da elafonissi e un 40 minuti da Falassarna ), oltre alla spiaggia a 5 minuti dall’hotel. Ma la cosa più amabile che ci farà ritornare è stata sicuramente la proprietaria Kleri e sua figlia Adriana, che ci hanno trattati con i guanti, facendo gesti anche non dovuti ma apprezzabilissimi come lavare anche magari qualche bicchiere lasciato dalla sera prima. Kleri, iniziava la mattina presto e quando tornavi la sera tardi la trovavi ancora lì che curava l’hotel per farti sentire il meglio possibile e questo la rende la migliore in tutta l’isola. Le camere le pulivano ogni giorno e in più ci ha lasciato una piccola marmellata cucinata direttamente da lei. Bhe che dire avrei altro da raccontare ma mi fermo qua e vi consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Rimarrete innamorati come lo siamo rimasti noi e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Place is magical, fully enclosed in numerous plants, both outside and inside the hotel which provided the shade and cooling during the day, we didn’t even turn on the air conditioning at all, and the temperatures outside were 35+. Place is super clean, mom of the owner clean rooms every day so it was always clean. You have bus station 50-60 meters from the hotel, and nearest beach 70m. Also there is a hidden gem, big rooftop terrace, perfect for sunsets. 10/10 would recommend, and would visit again.

Very beautifull location with a lot of flowers, plants and trees. Real Cretan hospitality from Kleri with olive oil, fresh oranges and flowers in the apartment. And good cleaning of the apartment.

Very beautiful hotel (flowers all around), lovely hosts, felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Outstanding cleanliness, authentic place, would definitely come back!

Fantastic, convenient location, very friendly, generous and accommodating staff and a superb garden. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed.

The small family hotel was situated in a quiet space away from the busier beach area but within easy walk of everything you might need. Our host was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The whole building was impeccably clean and looking like a botanical garden, with plants growing everywhere. Every few days our host, Mrs Kleopatra, would leave little gifts of her homemade produce.
Our self-catering apartment was spacious with a small, well-equipped kitchen area and a lovely balcony with views over the sea. Sheets and towels were replaced twice a week.
There was an excellent bus service, regular and cheap, for visiting other parts of the region. We wanted to avoid having to hire a car.

The hotel was very clean and full of beautiful plants. The location is very close to the beach and many great restaurants and cocktail bars.
