Pros:

nice studios with outlook from hill, quiet mainly, friendly staff and family residents. A typically good choice.

Cons:

Studio needs some inner construction improvements. (the staff corresponded immediately in my issue though)

Overall, I’d say it was good value for money in Faliraki, especially if you’re traveling with kids.”
Pros:

The pool area was great — simple, but with everything the kids needed to have fun while also being a relaxing spot for parents. The location was actually quite good as long as you have a car.

Cons:

The apartment was simple and a little dated, with a very small shower and only a few kitchen utensils — though since we weren’t here for cooking, that wasn’t really a big issue.

La struttura é vicino a Faliraki e vicino alle spiaggie più belle

Cons:

La pulizia delle stanze è terribile, asciugami che ti danno sporchi di marrone e con macchie gialle e le persone che puliscono la stanza due volte a settimana mettono solo gli asciugami sul letto senza un minimo di pulizia.
Tende della finestra tutte macchiante di sangue e insetti morti in più, non ci sono ascensori.
Bar degli appartamenti hanno solo disponibili bibite senza nessun cibo né colazioni

Pros:

Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu, basen dość duży i dzieci były bardzo zadowolone. Internet dość szybki w barze i koło basenu. Klimatyzacja w cenie, działała bez zarzutu. Łóżka wygodne, wystarczająca ilość sprzętu w kuchni - nie było płynu do naczyń ani gąbki. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, obsługa bardzo pomocna w wynajęciu auta i wszystkim, co było potrzebne. Wyjście trochę pod górę, sklep około 20 minut na piechotę, plaża około 30 minut.

Cons:

Przydałaby się suszarka na mokre ubrania.

Good but could have been better
Pros:

I gave a positive rating mainly for the swimming pool with a bar, which was a great place to relax, and the sea view from the room.
The location in fact does offer a beautiful view of Faliraki and the sea, but without a car, it can be inconvenient—especially due to the steep uphill road leading to the property.

Cons:

The overall maintenance of the property was quite poor. Several things didn’t work: the door wouldn’t close, the hairdryer was broken, the shower was clogged, and the kitchen was extremely under-equipped, making it hard to prepare even simple meals.
Cleaning was done every three days, and even then, it was very superficial. There were no cleaning supplies provided (not even a broom or sponge), so we ended up buying our own, which we left behind.
One staff member also tried to charge us separately for air conditioning, even though it was clearly included in our booking.

Pros:

Nice view, big pool and good location.

Cons:

They didnt cleaned the rooms and didnt empty the trash. In the room there was no brush or mop so we also cant clean ourselves.

Pros:

Good value for amoney, free cancelation option. Very helpfull an polite personnel.

Cons:

Airconditioner only in the main room, so takes long time to cool all the apartment.

Pros:

We spent 3 days with our friends in Panorama Studios and it was a great time. For that price we couldn't find better place. People working there are so friendly and helpful! Only 10 minutes by walk to Faliraki Town, rooms are clean and there is a pool with bar in hotel, where you can rest.

Thank you guys for visiting us and see you in the nearly future!
