The staff were polite and cooperative, shortages were resolved promptly, and they were responsive. The management made a sincere effort to ensure our satisfaction.
There was a noise issue on the second night that lasted until 3 AM. After I went to the reception and the night-shift staff came to warn the neighboring unit, we managed to get only a short sleep before a long 7-hour trip, which was not pleasant.

Rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There’s a 5 mins walk through the hotel to carrefour (supermarket) which is very good for groceries for my children.
The rooms weren’t very clean. There were dead mosquitos squashed all over ceilings and walls. The kitchen didn’t seem very clean at all. The microwave was dirty. The AC gave off a sewage smell.

They were very kind and upgraded our stay. The walk-in shower was lovely, the gardens were so beautiful and well kept 😍 we didn't get to use the pool as it was too chilly this time of year.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating . They responded promptly to our many requests. The swimming pool is exceptional.
The hotel restaurant needs some work. The food was mediocre at best.
There is a sewage smell that sometimes enters the suites/apartments and that can be overwhelming.
The sauna was not up to expectations.
