Very nice apartment with beautiful view and a few steps avay from the cross country trails
Pros:

Good location in the middle of the pretty village Pertisau. We hade a apartment for 2 people with separate kitchen that most equipment you need for cooking at home. The bathroom with shower is very big. One room with comfortable beds, sofa, table and TV and a balcony with view over Pertisau and Achensee. Breakfast available if you want and every morning we ordered fresh bread, very nice. The ladies who is responsible for breakfast and cleaning is very nice and service minded. We liked pension Marxenhof very much and would highly recommend to stay here when visiting Pertisau. We where there for Cross country skiing,

Preis, Leistung und Lage super. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir bekamen ein Apartment, das sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sauber war. Der Saunabereich ist vollkommen ausreichend und gepflegt. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Man muss Preis und Leistung gegenüberstellen; aus dieser Sicht gab es nichts, was negativ aufgefallen wäre.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer, gute Matratzen und ein großes neues Bad mit Fenster und viel Stellfläche. Wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon.
Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot, ständig wurde frisch aufgefüllt und äußerst freundliches Frühstückspersonal. Waren leider nur für eine Übernachtung, aber gerne wieder!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt und würden der Unterkunft 8 von 10 Punkten geben.

Das Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Duschprodukte waren nicht vorhanden, was jedoch kein großes Problem darstellte, da man alles Notwendige im Dorfladen gleich um die Ecke besorgen kann.

Der Empfang war leider etwas zurückhaltend und wirkte auf uns eher sachlich als herzlich. Es gab kein klassisches „Willkommen“ oder Nachfragen zur Anreise, und wir erhielten lediglich die Zimmernummer und sind selbstständig auf das Zimmer gegangen. Informationen zu Frühstückszeiten, Frühstücksraum, Sauna oder Skiraum haben wir erst auf Nachfrage bekommen. Mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit und proaktiver Information hätte man sich direkt wohler gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung (gute Semmel). Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Servicekraft beim Frühstück – ein großes Lob an dieser Stelle, sie hat den Start in den Tag wirklich angenehm gemacht.
Nach der Frühstückszeit bestand die Möglichkeit, sich heiße Getränke für 2,50 € über einen Automaten zu holen. Wasser – auch mit Kohlensäure – stand den ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Ein echtes Highlight war die vorhandene Sauna: sehr angenehm und definitiv ein Pluspunkt der Unterkunft.

Insgesamt ein netter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Atmosphäre.
