Cons:

Había demasiado ruido en la noche, las luces de afuera se prendían e iluminaban mi habitación la cual estaba junto a un estacionamiento, el sonido del motor de un carro y la gente entrando y saliendo hicieron que pase la peor noche de mi vida, el baño estaba debajo de una escalera y no podía miccionar parado, el retrete estaba en un lugar inaccesible, la ducha estaba fuera del baño, junto al ambiente de la cama, el calor era extremo adentro, me solicitaron insistentemente que pague desde el día anterior a hospedarme, no cumplen con lo que mencionan en Booking, pésima experiencia

En si todo me gustó. Solo le pondría más utensilios de cocina y un horno. También TV en las habitaciones.

We waren erg tevreden over de kamer. Het bed was heerlijk. Een goede douche, goede tv en erg goede wifi. De communicatie met de hosts was duidelijk en de kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons erg welkom. De hosts hebben duidelijk moeite in de kamer gestoken.

Cons:

Het enige raam in de kamer ging open naar een garage. Daar kwam wel iets van frisse lucht vandaan, maar de kamer voelde vrij gesloten. Door het ventilatieroostertje in de muur was er wel constant een stroom van lucht.

Pros:

Los juegos recreativos de mesa, el fulbito de mano y la espaciosa sala comedor.

Cons:

El apartamento necesita una limpieza a fondo, ya que se siente el olor a guardado de los muebles de sala y las cortinas de habitaciones
Requiere renovacion de toallas, estaban limpias pero percudidas, y tienen que ofrecer una toalla por persona y no por pareja.

Eigentlich ein schönes Appartement....
Pros:

Die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Die Betten sind bequem. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Später Check in möglich.

Cons:

Obwohl eine Waschmaschine da ist, hat man in der Wohnung keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Wohnung hat den Eindruck gemacht, als ob sie nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Die Schubladen/Schränke in der Küche haben gemüffelt (deshalb haben wir nichts benutzt), ebenso der Kühlschrank (den mussten wir auch selber einstecken, was nicht einfach war, da die Steckdose schwer zugänglich war). In der Kehrschaufel war noch Dreck. Die Fliesen im vorderen Bad waren verschmutzt.
Gegenüber befindet sich ein Fußballplatz, auf dem leider teilweise bis 1 Uhr nachts gespielt wird. Es ist oft auch sehr laut. Da können die Vermieter nichts dafür, aber wenn man es ruhiger haben möchte ist das nichts.
