We absolutely loved our stay at Marnix360apartments. The apartment was spotless, bright, and very well maintained. It had all the facilities we needed, and the beds were honestly the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The host was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to messages. We felt completely safe and secure all weekend, and the digital check-in and access code made everything so easy. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of all the main areas and close to the tram links.

Emplacement idéal, proche du centre historique et des musées. Appartement spacieux et agréable, très lumineux et avec une vue dégagée. Chambres au calme sur l'arrière. Accès par code très pratique pour éviter les problèmes de clés.
Prix élevé et il faut y ajouter le stationnement en parking car pas de place de stationnement avec le logement. Attention escaliers très raides, ça n'était pas un problème pour nous mais pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Great location
Great location close to the Leidseplein square in Amsterdam. Large apartment with several beds that was perfect for our family. Beautiful large windows on the top floor with a great view of the city.
Just be prepared for four flights of very steep stairs to get to the apartment. We knew about this advance so were prepared.
The location was perfect and for the price of an apartment that sleeps 7 people I think it is a great value for money.
Nothing to complain about
Although the apartment is in a really good location, it is quiet. The beds are comfortable.
First of all, don't send them the deposit, because the management don't send is back for you! First they wrote, it will be sent back automatically, then they said when I got intouch with them through the booking.com service that they just forgot it, and since that call, they didn't send it back!
About the apartment: The flat is at the top of the house, so it is very hot there, and there isn't air conditioning. There was hot water, but we could have only colder bath with my family, because the adjuster was broken. The apartment was not very clean. It wasn't very dirty, but for example there was a used t-shirt in the living room...and we had tu ask for soap, because one of them was empty, and the other almost empty. The same issue with the toilet paper (Next day we got them). Overall it was not a bad apartment, but it wasn't that good, as I expected from the pictures.
Great apartment for a few days with friends. There is one wide and one narrow room, Both have lots of shelves which is convenient. The shower is great with hot water. The living room is very wide and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall we enjoyed it
4 flights of stairs. I will say that the nice guy who helped us check in helped us with our luggage
Location, size, kitchen, washing machine, dinner table. Staff courteous and there was a real person to help with check-in and deposit payment.
Stairs too steep and 80 of them every day makes carrying luggage really difficult. Steps also painted black and narrow - looks fabulous but it makes it dangerous as you can’t see where to put your foot despite lighting.
