Une belle adresse
Pros:

L'appartement est très bien conçu et propre. C'est très agréable d'avoir un kit de produits d'entretien.
Il est très bien situé à côté du métro, d'une gare, du supermarché
Le personnel est adorable, disponible

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres, il n'y a pas d'aération dans la salle de bains

Relaxing and id location
Pros:

Staff were accommodating, polite and helpful
I also loved the location of the hotel - near restaurants and the station which was easy to go into the city

Cons:

Cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t good- hair was on the walls in the bathroom, in the shower, on the rug
Bed kept moving as well (I’m not sure if brakes can be fixed)
Would have been nice to have a dressing table as the mirror was very clear/clean

Pros:

Very clean, like the picture. Staff is nice and the location is perfect (3min from train-bus-tram).

Cons:

No daily cleaning because we had a short stay (3 days) but it was fine.

Ottimo,ma attenzione al personale all'accoglienza

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e ben attrezzato. Doccia molto grande. Struttura molto pulita ,con palestra disponibile. A 5 minuti s piedi dalla stazione collegata con il centro in soli 5 minuti di treno. Supermercato e ristoranti a pochi passi.

Cons:

Il check in é stato un mezzo incubo. Siamo arrivati in struttura alle 14, un'ora prima dell'orario previsto per il check in. La signora all'accettazione, in modo piuttosto antipatico, ci dice che la nostra camera non é pronta (nonostante avessimo avvertito dell'orario del nostro arrivo) e che l'orario del check in é previsto alle 15. Stranamente dice la stessa cosa ad un altro gruppo che arriva poco dopo. Decidiamo di rimanere un po' nella hall. Premetto che siamo partiti con un bambino di 2 anni che si trovava in giro dalle 6 di mattina. Dopo una decina di minuti chiedo nuovamente informazioni sullo stato della camera e la tizia risponde che la camera non é ancora pronta, e accenna a qualche problema con la culla (richiesta prima dell'arrivo). Decidiamo allora di andare a fare un po' di spesa,chiedendo se da lí ad una mezz'oretta circa la stanza sarebbe stata pronta. La signora ci risponde che certamente alle 15 la camera sarebbe stata pronta. Torniamo poco prima delle 15 e ancora niente. E niente per i successivi 15 minuti, quando poi la vediamo andare via per il cambio turno (in pratica non si é voluta occupare di noi a fine turno). Alla reception adesso troviamo una signora più gentile e sorridente alla quale era piovuta addosso questa patata bollente. Ci spiega che il motivo per cui la nostra camera non era ancora pronta era la mancanza della culla. Assurdo, potevano dircelo prima piuttosto che rimandare e rimandare. Chiediamo allora comunque di fare il check in rinunciando alla culla, eravamo stremati. Concesso. La seconda signora, per scusarsi dell'inconveniente, ci offre anche una colazione la mattina successiva all'adiacente Mercure hotel. Verso le 19 non so come e perché ci recapitano una culla, che alla fine del soggiorno non ci fanno neanche pagare. In sintesi, avrei dato 10 se non ci fosse stata la pessima accoglienza e poca chiarezza della prima signora all'accoglienza.
