Location is excellent, just a minute away from the train station (which has trains that go to Amsterdam Centraal, Rotterdam, The Hague and other major cities), and 2 minutes away from the tram station. Staff is really nice and available. The room was spotless and very quiet. The luggage can be stored before checking in and after checking out, which is really helpful.

Cons:

We booked the full apartment with a kitchenette so we could cook dinner and breakfast. While we bought the main ingredients needed, for a short stay of three nights it’s not very practical to buy things like salt, pepper, olive oil, butter,... so it would be nice if a few basic cooking essentials were provided.

Pros:

The apartment was looking good with modern amenities and there's also elevator access to top floors. Staff were warm and pleasant. It's also close to the train station and shops.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable for the 4 nights as we were sinking when on the bed. The sofa bed was so small that if you tried rolling, you're going on the floor. Tried to open the window for fresh air at nights and there was a lot of talking downstairs and noises and it was throughout the night. There's no microwave and the combined oven only warms the plate and does little for the food. There's is a laundrette but you have to pay separately for the washing and drying. Locating the apartment was tedious , we wandered around for a while in the cold with heavy luggages. Had to call reception before they mentioned their name. The name Citadines was not written on Booking.com.

Great facilities and excellent value for money
Pros:

Great little apartment, cosy with everything that you needed.
Comfy bed, good shower and well fitted kitchen.
There was an issue with our room at check in which they resolved by giving us an upgrade (much appreciated) and free breakfast on one of the days.
The location was good, similar accom in the middle of the city being twice the price.
Great value for money.

Cons:

The room was very warm, even with the heating off and both windows open it took a long time to cool down.
The breakfast was disappointing, if we had paid E25 pp for it I would have complained about the quality.
However it was free, so I didnt.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo. Suelo ser muy crítica y no me ha defraudado nada. La ubicación es excelente, a solo una parada en tren de Amsterdam Central. Hay un supermercados justo bajando del apartamento, el personal muy amable y todos hablaban español. El alojamiento tenía todo para garantizar un hospedaje perfecto.

Cons:

Lo único que destacaría es que no se puede abrir la ventana de la habitación. Entiendo que lo hagan por seguridad, pero podrían poner el mismo mecanismo que tiene la ventana del salón, la abertura únicamente por la parte superior de la ventana.

Great location for accessing central Amsterdam. Room has everything you need.
Pros:

Good size room. Clean with everything you needed. Nice to have an area where you can relax rather than using the bed.

Cons:

Very minor point but bath towels were a bit small. Shower also had the tendency to flood the bathroom.

Localisation idéale pour visiter les Pays-Bas
Pros:

Appartement extrêmement bien situé : 4 minutes à pieds de la gare de Sloterdijk (5 minutes en train d'Amsterdam Central avec train toute les quelques minutes). Absolument idéal pour prendre le train pour se rendre dans n'importe quelles villes aux alentours (passage à Zandam, Zanse Schanse pour les moulins, Utrecht et Zandvoort pour la plage).
Très confortable (cuisine super équipée), canapé et lit et très calme.
Un supermarché vient d'ouvrir sur le chemin de la gare et permet de tout trouver pour cuisiner à l'appartement.

Personnel très accueillant et très serviable, rien à redire !

Cons:

Nous avions eu un soucis à l'arrivée avec une odeur de cigarette très forte dans l'appartement. La réception a immédiatement proposé de nous placer en chambre Mercure (sur le même palier) pour la nuit comme le Citadines était complet, nous a changé d'appartement le lendemain et nous a offert un petit déjeuner buffet. Finalement, un problème qui a été réglé très rapidement et complètement compensé.
