Appartamento in pieno centro Brickell, con bella vista e parcheggio gratuito. Consigliato!
Pros:

Posizione strategica in pieno centro Brickell, la vista dal balcone era ottima e il parcheggio gratuito è stata la parte che abbiamo apprezzato di piu. Il bagno era bello ed ampio, mentre il salotto possedeva un grande frigorifero e dei letti molto comodi. Non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttare la cucina.

Cons:

L'appartamento era un po sporco ed erano ben visibili i segni del tempo (alcune sedie rotte e il mobilio molto sfrisato e scolorito).
C'è stata un po di confusione tra le indicazioni del host e del portiere del palazzo, ma non ho avuto problemi di alcun tipo.

Cons:

Bookingcom hat unsere Daten nicht übermittelt, also konnten wir nicht einchecken, obwohl das Hotel schon bezahlt war. Nach langen 3 Stunden konnten wir in einem anderem Hotel einchecken.

La posizione e il parcheggio

Cons:

La lavatrice non funzionava, l’appartamento non è 72 metri ma la metà, l’host attento fino al
Check in poi è Sparito e non rispondeva più alla nostre richieste.
Direi che è un comportamento poco educato verso il cliente.

Pros:

Excelente. Muy bien ubicado. Vista espectacular. Tiendas cerca y transporte público. Muy buena relación calidad y precio.

Cons:

La lavadora no funcionaba. Sería ideal tener más de un tag para ingresar, en especial en reservaciones de más de 4 personas. Sin embargo, esto no afectó nuestra escancia.

Lokacija. Direktno v centru in dostopno do vseh javnih prevozov, trgovin, ....
Brezplačno parkiranje v garažni hiši.

Cons:

Premajhen apartma za 5 oseb (dovolj velik, če se samo prespi). Vidi se obrabljenost inventarja.

Bad experience for reserving an expensive room for one night only

Cons:

Upon arrival couldn’t check in because of missing ID, front desk personnel didn’t have personal information registered, front desk called and waited for owners approval to check in. Inside studio room, Air condition dirty, stains in bed furniture, bathroom faucet clogged and bed blankets stained and smell as cigarette.
