Bad experience for reserving an expensive room for one night only

Cons:

Upon arrival couldn’t check in because of missing ID, front desk personnel didn’t have personal information registered, front desk called and waited for owners approval to check in. Inside studio room, Air condition dirty, stains in bed furniture, bathroom faucet clogged and bed blankets stained and smell as cigarette.

Nice location in great part of the city. Room needs attention was disappointed.

Cons:

Awful shower, barely worked. I would be embarrassed as a host to not have a proper and operational shower. Needs fresh paint walls are all marked. Fridge icemaker broke, not a dealbreaker. Place shows lack of caring for guests

Well, the property is unique and I have never been in such a confined area with everything you need to have all in one row.

Cons:

The parking garage was a little tricky and I am sure that if there was luggage on top, it would not fit.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is well-equipped with a great TV.
We were able to checkout 1 hour after the set time.

Cons:

The shower was not working properly; the water pressure was very low, which made it hard to shower. The host did not attempt to solve this issue, which was disappointing.
