Good location, disappointing apartment compared to booking with limited service.

Location is good, apartment was clean

Cons:

Booked a 65m2 apartment but ended up in an apartment of less than 40m2. Both property owner and Booking.com kept pointing to each other with no appropriate solution. This was really tiny when you are staying there with 2 kids.

The sofa bed was not suitable for adults as it was much too small. The main bed had an uncomfortable mattress, with two cavities where one sleeps.

When we arrived, the dishwasher was not fully unpacked. Rather than apologizing, the owner started complaining about his personnel. This was a good demonstration of the owners attitude.

Perfect base camp for a ski trip in the Kleinwalsertal.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the Kleinwalsertal. Great views of the mountains. Very easy to get to ski lifts, rental shops, and restaurants. The complimentary visitor card gives access to the bus, which runs frequently. It is even possible to load the lift tickets onto the guest card right at the front desk, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And the sauna and wellness room was modern and well equipped. The kitchen was also had everything we needed.

Cons:

Bring your own pillows if you need more support.
