Wonderfull place and better hosts!
Pros:

The place is really nice and comfortable, we went in winter and was warm. Just 20 min from Siena by car. The host Caterina was really welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed talking with her about the place and we're we could go. Also the breakfast was better than we expected and she even bought things without gluten for my wife. I'll sure come back to this place!

The lady was very nice, but maybe only good for one or two nights.
Pros:

Nice and very clean apartment. The lady that was hosting was super friendly and always ready to help us out. Big apartment as well. Perfect location to visit the colle di val d’Elsa. When you do, keep walking untill most people are left behind. We walked for at least 2,5 kms and enjoyed the nice water! Nice breakfast as well! Siena was close and beautiful.

Cons:

Location: there was not much to see nearby. Siena was close, if you want to do some scenery tours or wine tours, this would also be good. There were mosquitos near the pool so buy something to protect yourself. The washing machine was broken and we counted on doing a laundry during our roadtrip, this was a bit sad. Also our room booked had a problem with the airco, so we got another one without kitchen. This was difficult because we had to go out to a restaurant again, while taking a break from restaurant for 3 nights in this apartment with kitchen. But the lady was very very helpful. She reimbursed us for the first night and the apartment we had for the other two nights was very nice, clean and big. The pool is large but in between walls.

Great stay near Siena
Pros:

Everything. This is a gem. The staff is very friendly, the acommodation as seen on photos, the location great for exploring Tuscany with a car and close to Siena, breakfast good (but do be prepared for a lot of sugar as Italians apparently eat sweets in the morning). I would stay here again.

Cons:

It can get a bit loud in the evening because of guests at the restaurant but we could still sleep ok.

Pros:

Ideal for a one night stopover going north or south in Italy . Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English (thankfully!) Restaurant very good for what is basically a motel.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.
