Good location easy instructions

Cons:

A very bad smell from the bathroom drains or something had to make sure door was shut otherwise the whole place smelt thankfully only spent 1 night maybe other rooms are okay room 07 and the beds are okay just very low

Overall, I was disappointed. I looked forward to my stay, but the bed made it uncomfortable.
Pros:

A beautiful room and easy self-check-in with key pickup. The interior has a modern design and the bathroom was clean. I also liked the window seating area. It’s great that someone thought about having enough space to hang coats and jackets in the room.

Cons:

The bed was quite worn out and should probably be replaced. I ended up sleeping in the middle where the two mattresses meet because that was the most comfortable spot (which is a bit sad). This was the biggest downside, because everything else mentioned below could be improved easily, but the sleeping experience was really uncomfortable.

I also couldn’t figure out how to turn off the bathroom fan, which was running and humming the entire time during my stay. After taking a shower and walking barefoot, I got into bed with dirty feet, so the floor probably could have been cleaned a bit better.

The window seating area is a great idea, but the mattress there isn’t very comfortable and it’s missing some pillows or a blanket so that you could really relax there.

Era tutto perfetto!!! Assolutamente da consigliare e sicuramente ci ritorniamo.
L'unico problema era trovare un parcheggio per le nostre auto appena arrivati,ma comunque dopo qualche giro abbiamo trovato parcheggio. Purtroppo sulle strisce blu si può lasciare la macchina al massimo per 90 minuti....ma questo è un problema del comune e non della struttura!!

comfortable, welcoming, and in a great location
Pros:

This place is a little gem! The room was small and simple but really comfortable. The vibe kind-of matched what you're going for in Innsbruck - with the low bed making it feel outdoorsy. Everything was efficient and was easily walkable to places around the city.

Cons:

The recommended parking lot wasn't too far but far enough that bringing a lot of luggage would have been a bit annoying. We ended up just bringing in what we needed for the night from the car to avoid dragging roller bags several blocks.

Lovely stay in Innsbruck
Pros:

No staff, therefore, its hard to rate them.

Self check in wwas great, worked perfectly, the room was tidy and comfortable. We loved the breakfast in bed table. Fully equipped for our needs. This was a great little place to stay.

Cons:

It is a little walk from the station if you have luggage and bad weather. The buses are infrequent. The odd chairs were a little uncomfortable but thats it.

Établissement calme très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique.
Parking souterrain à 5 min (20 euros par jour)
Pas de personnel mais entrée et sortie de l’établissement très facile, consignes précises.
Rien à redire.
Ravis de notre séjour.

Comfortable and practical in the heart of Innsbruck.
Pros:

Great location for near the train station for access to/from Innsbruck and ski buses, comfortable and practical. Everything to see and eat was within walking distance.

Cons:

We stayed for a week and didn’t have the room cleaned or towels/bed linen changed once. Would have been nice for that to happen at least once (maybe after 3 nights). Also bed pillows were very uncomfortable for sleeping (too soft and flat) but most likely a personal preference!
