Best location, good value, kindest host. Professionals.
Pros:

The location of Ermoo is absolutely exceptional, as it sits right in the heart of Athens and is only a short walk away from Syntagma Square. The room itself was modern, sparkling clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sanctuary after a long day. I also highly appreciated the seamless, responsive communication with the host.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a bit on the weaker side, which made getting ready take a little longer. Aside from these small details, my time here was highly enjoyable and it didn't significantly impact the overall high quality of our stay.

La ubicación es buenísima.

Cons:

Se escucha absolutamente todo del resto de habitaciones, el wifi es pésimo y la ducha no tiene presión.
Nos reclamaron 6€ de impuestos cuando en booking nos ponía que ya incluía todos los impuestos, y nos han perseguido y amenazado con denunciarnos cuando en booking pone expresamente que no hagamos pagos por otras plataformas diferentes a esta.

Pros:

Syntagma Meydanına sadece 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde, kimse ile muhatap olmadan direktifler doğrultusunda odanıza gidebiliyorsunuz. Saç kurutma makinası, kahve makinası ve ütü mevcuttu. Odayı sadece dinlenmek için kullanmayı düşünürseniz fiyat olağanüstü iyi, romantik konaklama için uygun değil. Elena her konuda çok yardımcı.

Pros:

A localização é absolutamente perfeita. Fez valer cada centavo com o tempo que otimizamos não precisando pegar metrô nem nada, fizemos tudo a pé! Muitos restaurantes e lojas maravilhosas bem pertinho, foi perfeito.

Cons:

A única coisa foi que quando cheguei, o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos e pelos corporais no chão. Tinha alguns ao lado da minha cama também. Eu mesma limpei pois não queria ficar com o quarto sujo por 4 dias. Mas ao comentar sobre com a host, ela até ofereceu de passarem lá no dia seguinte para “varrer de novo”, mas achei estranho ela tentar diminuir a situação dizendo que “não dá pra varrer cada fiozinho de cabelo, sempre sobra um ou outro”. Não era “um ou outro”, eram muitos! E eu acho uma falha muito grande na limpeza de um quarto deixar cabelos daquele jeito, não me aconteceu em outras estadias, sabe?

Would recommend – very convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Perfect location, at the heart of Athens centre, easy to get to. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Available lockers if you have arrived before the check-in. Host was very nice and responsive.

Cons:

I didn’t hear much from the street outside but the walls were kind of thin and I could hear some of my neighbours – coming in, leaving, inserting plugs into walls. But that was the only small minus. Other than that it was perfect!

Pros:

Excellent location. It is very central and easy to access. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and he area is safe.
The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant.

לא התארחנו בפועל מאחר והייתה מלחמה והטיול בוטל. המאחרת הסכימה להחזיר לנו את רוב הכסף בחזרה (חוץ מהמסים שהדינה חייבה)

Perfekte Lage in Athen
Pros:

Das Apartment ist optimal gelegen, direkt an der Einkaufsstraße und nur wenige Schritte vom Syntagma Platz, den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bussen sowie dem Monastiraki Platz entfernt.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zu Elena verlief unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The location was great — really convenient and close to everything. The room was super clean and felt very safe. The host was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. It was also really helpful that they provide lockers for luggage storage after check-out.

Cons:

The soundproofing wasn’t great, so you could hear noise from other rooms, and the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low.

Lovely room in the heart of Athens! Couldn't get better than this
Pros:

Room and bathroom were very clean and in a perfect location right in the center of the city. Metro is steps away from the building, Acropolis <10mins walking. We arrived late at night and felt perfectly safe checking in and walking around the area. Was a cozy stay for two friends, with great amenities. Room had a fridge, TV, complimentary waters/tea/coffee, athens guidebooks and several recommendations for nearby food! Perfect for first timers in Athens.

Cons:

There was a bad smell on the ground floor of the building upon entering, but once in our room it was completely gone. Shower isn't well separated from the rest of the bathroom so water can splash, but if you are careful it's not a problem.
