Pros:

Персонал хороший но иногда чувствуешь что за тобой присматривают, особенно за завтраком. Завтрак был хороший, но из-за того что каждый день было одно и тоже, то подконец надоедает, комната убиралась каждые 2 дня и кухню тоже. Было уютно. На балконе можно хорошо проводить время и кушать там, на кухне есть все что надо для готовки это было классно.

We were satisfied with our stay at Studio Timotheos. The room conditions were adequate and successfully met our primary needs. Housekeeping was provided every two days. The breakfast was quite good and enjoyable. The host, Maria, was excellent—very energetic, welcoming, and highly responsive.

Pros:

Es war zwar nur eine Nacht vor unserem Rückflug, doch wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Maria ist sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Appartement war sehr schön und die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen. Es gab auch ein hervorragendes Frühstück.

​È stato tutto bellissimo! 😍 Lo staff è eccezionale e accogliente. La colazione è ricca e le stanze sono pulitissime; inoltre, Maria, la titolare, parla un ottimo italiano. Ci si sente esattamente come a casa.
​La struttura si trova in una posizione tranquilla, lontana dal caos delle aree turistiche, ma è comunque facilmente raggiungibile — un fattore non trascurabile a Zante, date le strade spesso poco agevoli. Al tempo stesso, da qui ci si può muovere comodamente verso le più belle spiagge del sud dell'isola.
La struttura permette di organizzare direttamente con loro i tour in barca, che è stata in assoluto l'esperienza più bella della vacanza. È un'escursione imperdibile, dato che tutte le spiagge a ovest sono difficili da raggiungere via terra e solo dal mare se ne può apprezzare la vera bellezza. Inoltre, il pranzo a Porto Roxa con il Capitano è stato memorabile! 😊

Ottimo soggiorno a Keri Beach, bel paesino tranquillo e rilassante sul mare.
Pros:

Bellissimi studios, rinnovati, comodi, ampi, vicini al mare in un paesino tranquillo lontano dalla movida e dal frastuono di Laganas e Zante città. Per chi cerca silenzio e tranquillità è perfetto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e parlano perfettamente l'italiano. Nel frigo all'arrivo c'è una bottiglia di vino e acqua offerte gratuitamente. Buona la colazione con la proprietaria Maria sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

It was a nice family hotel in a good and central region. There were good restaurants and mini markets around. The room was very clean and nice, which was a good point. The bed was very comfortable and we had good nights of sleep. On our last day we had to leave the apartment very early due to our early flight, and the host lady was very thoughtful to prepare some breakfast items for us not to leave the room on an empty stomach. We really appreciated the action!

Cons:

Breakfast was alright, but if you come here looking for a big buffet, you might get frustrated. There was a small variety of typical Greek delicacies, but not a lot. We like to "fuel up" in the morning to have a solid base for the rest of the day, but on the two days we had the regular breakfast there, I didn't get the feel I could really eat as much as I wanted to. I would still recommend this place, but the breakfast buffet wasn't a highlight for us.

We will be back!
Pros:

We Stayed for 10 days and we loved it. Only 5 Minutes to the Beach and the Restaurants, we had our Room cleaned and towels changed every two days AND we saw some kittens!
I can highly recommend Studio Timotheos! It has Everything you need and we will come back for sure!

Cons:

Sometimes the W-Lan was a Bit out of Range and we had Connection issues but This should Not be your Main concern in your Holidays.
