Pros:

Il rumore delle ciccale .. la struttura in sé bella, personale ( i maschi ) non ho parole, a collazione le femmine gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Stanza piccola, nulla di che verso il triste, mi aspettavo di più .
In piscina che era inclusa non avevamo 2 sdraia, ci hanno sgridato che abbiamo preso una anche se è rimasta libera per tutto il giorno

Bel établissement proche de Matera.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et conseils pour visiter Matera. Beau complexe malgré la situation. A l'intérieur, on est complètement ailleurs. Belle chambre et bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner avec choix.

Cons:

Le bar fermé à la piscine. Bien que l'on nous a proposé de chercher des boissons à la réception. Cela aurait été un petit plus.

Terasa cu vedere la piscina.

Cons:

Esti dependent de masina ca sa ajungi in Matera. Preturile la taxi foarte mari.
Pret mare pentru apartament ( 240 euro).

Schönes Masseria, Pool, Frühstück, Lage, alles Perfekt
Pros:

Tolles Areal mit tollem Preis Leistung Verhältnis und Lage ist auch voll ok mit dem Auto 10min nach Matera. Der Pool für die Hitze während der Mittagszeit ist perfekt, schönes Frühstücksbuffet in nettem Areal und ausreichend und ausgewogenes Frühstück!

Stilvolles Herrenhaus im Industriegebiet
Pros:

Schönes altes Herrenhaus mit sehr schöner Gartenanlage, großer Terrasse und wunderbarem Pool.
Umgebung leider furchtbar, direkt im Gewerbegebiet.
Guter Ausgangspunkt um Matera zu besichtigen - mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten
Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider kein Restaurant und am Montag Abend in der Umgebung war alles geschlossen.

Superbe endroit proche du centre de Matera.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Matera.
Très bel environnement avec un personnel accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est à revoir.

Bel hôtel qui pourrait s améliorer
Pros:

L hôtel en lui même est très bien,original avec ses accès troglodytes. La chambre est très confortable avec une très bonne literie. Le cadre en général et le personnel très avenant.

Cons:

L hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle. On ne s attend pas du tout à trouver cet hôtel à cet endroit. La piscine est ouverte le week-end aux italiens qui sont très bruyant, l eau de la piscine est trouble. Dommage par rapport au prix. Le petit déjeuner est très simple. Pas grand choix concernant le salé. Des gâteaux à profusion. Les jus de fruits sont sans goût et pas naturel bien que servis dans des bouteilles en verre. Les tomates n ont pas de goût (dommage pour l italie en cette période).
