Pros:

La zona está justamente en la calle principal de toda la zona nocturna lugar perfecto para vida nocturno

Cons:

Personal debió ser más ameno, llegaron a tocar hasta 4 veces la puerta 🚪 para recordar la salida, la responsabilidad uno la sabe pero porque estar tocando desde las 8am

Un apartamento limpio, equipado con lo necesario, muy buena ubicación

Cons:

No está insoronizado y a pesar de estar en un 10⁰ piso se escucha todo lo de la calle 70, estuvimos 4 días 3 noches y cuándo solicité más papel de baño la recepcionista me explicó q los dueños sólo colocan 1 rollo de papel para toda la estancia sea el tiempo y el # de personas q estuvieran alojadas porque no eran un hotel(aunque cobran igual o más q un hotel), y q tenía q comprarlo, no colocaron shampoo y/o acondicionador q es lo común en estos alojamientos, sólo 2 tabletas de jabón

Unterkunft mit schöner Lage, aber diversen Mängeln

Die sehr zentrale Lage und die Größe der Unterkunft sind als positiv zu bezeichnen

Cons:

Bereits bei der Ankunft wusste die Dame im Eingangsbereich nichts mit uns anzufangen. Es war nur Barzahlung möglich und es musste eine Kaution von 300.000 C OP hinterlegt werden. Das warme Wasser in der Dusche wurde leider niemals warm. Am Waschbecken und an der Spüle ist die Warmwasserleitung gar nicht angeschlossen, so dass auch hier immer kaltes Wasser kam. Das Frühstück wird durch einen Lieferanten nach circa 30 Minuten Bestellung geliefert. Alles natürlich in umweltfreundlicher Styropor und Plastikverpackung. gegenüber ist ein Lokal, in dem, man hätte leicht das Frühstück zu sich nehmen können. Leider trübt diese Situation das Gesamtbild der Unterkunft.

Great staff, great location and a comfortable setting all around!
Pros:

I was overall happy with the experience and the breakfast option was satisfactory. The staff was superb, they were attentive and efficient. The staff and the location are the primary reasons why I will be returning.

Cons:

The bed was not too comfortable, the TVs did not have streaming options such as Netflix, and the apartment needed some minor repairs such as loose handles on the drawers.

A place to come back
Pros:

The location is perfect. And the decoration. Everthing was available. We felt like home. It takes just 30 seconds walking and you are in the middle of everything.

Cons:

You have to take care of your own toilet paper after you use the complementary rol.
