Pros:

Tutto quanto. Posizione perfetta, location davvero molto bella e accogliente, e la famiglia che la cura ancora di più. Sono di una ospitalità incredibile, li ho amati. Bellissime persone.
Il posto è in una zona ottima di Mylopotas e ci si può muovere un po ovunque a piedi, con i pullman o affittando mezzi.
Non posso fare altro che consigliarla.

Tranquillità e ottima colazione
Pros:

Posizione strategica lungo la spiaggia di Milopotas per mare e lidi.
Ottimo punto di partenza per perlustrare Ios, sia con i mezzi pubblici sia noleggiando un mezzo privato.
Colazione SUPER (vassoio con dolce e salato, preparato ogni mattina dalla struttura)!

Cons:

Buon appartamento, sarebbe da migliorare il bagno (la doccia è piccola).

Nessuna flessibilità.

Cons:

Bloccati a Santorini per mare mosso, il traghetto non è partito perchè pericoloso. Ho contattato più volte la struttura perchè mi facessero pagare la prima notte e non tutti i giorni prenotati ma inutilmente. Niente cancellazione, niente contatti, solo una fredda risposta. Abituati alla Grecia e ai Greci non me lo aspettavo. Sconsigliata.

Pros:

Adonnis and Irini could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They collected us from the ferry and dropped us off and made and served breakfast each morning including Irini making some lovely pumpkin cakes when we saw and talked about some squashes they had grown. They both work extreemly hard to ensure the comfort of all their guests. The room was spotlessly clean and the balcony large with a washing line. it is about 100m walk up the drive to the beach and you see glimpses of the sea from the balcony. We stayed at the end of the season so it was very quiet with only older couples there so it was not noisy at night. There was a large fridge.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a kettle with tea/coffee and a safe in the room as it was big enough.

Chambre avec terrasse et vue sur la mer.
Accès à la plage très facile.
Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel.

Hôtel vieillot et mal insonorisé !

Entspannter Aufenthalt bei liebevollen Gastgebern.
Pros:

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Besitzerin hat jeden Tag liebevoll ein abwechslungsreiches, opulentes Frühstück zubereitet. Wir wurden zuverlässlich und kostenlos von der Fäfe abheholt bzw. hingebracht. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter von dem fantastischen Strand Mylopotas entfernt. Vor allem in der Nebensaison ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert.

5 tolle Tage - zentral am Mylopotas Strand mit sehr netten Vermietern verbracht
Pros:

Strandnähe ist wirklich sehr gut - nur 50 meter entfernt.
Die Familie ist sehr nett und immer freundlich.
Yannis hat uns vom Hafen um 22:30 Uhr abgeholt und uns auch 5 Tage später um 7:00 Uhr früh wieder zur Fähre gebracht.
Seine Frau ist eine begnadete Köchin - Im ganzen Haus duftet es jeden Tag nach gebackenem oder frisch zubereiteten Essen. Das spiegelt sich dann auch beim reichlich servierten Frühstück wieder - jeden Tag eine Überraschung.
Wir hatten das 3 Bett Zimmer mit Balkon zur Meerseite - Zimmer Nr. 14 - Sehr grosser Balkon mit einem Tisch und 3 Stühle. Grosser Kühlschrank ist vorhanden.
Bars, Clubs und Discotek in der nähe sind kaum oder eher nicht zu hören.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht überwältigend ausgestattet. Es wurden hier seit Jahren nichts mehr investiert. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Zimmer sauber gereinigt werden.
Das Bad ist sauber und OK - man darf hier keinen besonderen Komfort erwarten.
Dem Haus würde ein neuer Anstrich gut tun...
Rund herum ist alles aber sauber und alle sind sehr fleißig !

Everything nice, near the beach.

Pros:

Ubicación espectacular, cruzando la calle está la playa de Mylopotas y apenas saliendo del hotel hay una parada de bus. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Desayuno excelente y abundante. El personal muy amable y atentos, nos buscaron del puerto sin problemas a pesar que nuestro ferry se demoró y llegó 1am. Sin dudas repetiríamos
