Нещо ново и по далече
Pros:

На мястото няма закуска, за това време от годината , не съм сигурна през сезона.

Cons:

Мястото бе направено прекрасно, просто околноста около него бе много пуста и както казах за времето през което бяхме имаше много малко отворени места за храна.

Bella struttura e titolare molto gentile.
Pros:

Appartamento comodo e pulito in una delle palazzine che compongono la struttura. Ci sono diverse zone con giochi e probabilmente la situazione è più adatta a famiglie con bambini (noi comunque siamo andati a fine stagione e il tutto era molto tranquillo). La proprietaria Flora è stata molto gentile e ospitale. Ha studiato in Italia e parla un ottimo italiano.

Cons:

E' un po' fuorimano e la strada per arrivarci da Orei è veramente malmessa (si può evitare passando da Istiaia).

Locația dispune de o curte mare cu gazon bine întreținut, teren de fotbal, loc pt grătar, hamace, loc de joaca pt copii. Camera spațioasă, curată cu un balcon generos. Se făcea zilnic curățenie în camera.

Cons:

Drumul pana la proprietate nu este asfaltat în totalitate.

Η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε πολύ θερμά, με ευγένεια και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και με όμορφο κήπο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή κοντά σε παραλίες και διπλανά χωριά!

Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για οικογένειες και όχι μόνο.καθαρα και άνετα δωμάτια.στο οικόπεδο που βρίσκεται η μονάδα υπάρχουν κούνιες, τσουλήθρα,τέρματα για ποδόσφαιρο και διάφορα άλλα παιχνίδια.η τοποθεσία επίσης είναι φανταστική!

Όμορφο, περιποιημένο, καθαρό. Φροντισμένος κήπος, πολλά παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ο κύριος Γιώργος και η κυρία Φλώρα εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες. Η θάλασσα πεντακάθαρη, η παραλία ελεύθερη, χωρίς beach bar.Το μόνο που ακούς είναι φωνουλες παιδιών. Ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Ευχαριστούμε τους οικοδεσπότες και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας που φρόντιζαν καθημερινά το χώρο μας. Εις το επανιδείν!

Ο παραλιακός δρόμος είναι σε άσχημη κατάσταση, απαιτείται προσοχή, αλλά δεν είναι ευθύνη του καταλύματος.Καλό θα ήταν η δημοτική αρχή να φροντίσει για την αποκατάστασή του.

Amazing family holiday & great base to explore North Evia
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony.

When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great.

The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days.

The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea.

The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren).

All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.
