A wonderful stay. Will come again and recommend to everyone
Pros:

The location is very good, near S-Bahn station and metro stations Hietzing and Hütteldorfer Straße, also the park Schönbrunn is near the home. The location is very quiet.
The apartment itself was very clean, accurate, and matched the description. It was very spacious and comfortable, we had all the listed amenities. Moreover, it was very warm, especially in the bathroom.
Check-in instructions were clear and easy to access.
We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come again! Thank you!

Cons:

It was not listed in the provided amenities, but it would help a lot a washing machine and an electric dryer for clothes and towels. :)

Location great - close to Schönbrunn and family. Easy trip from Westbahnhof. Liked the smart TV and French press coffee pot. Good shower.

Cons:

Those steps are rough with the suitcases, but aside from that, all good.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, neu, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig; sehr nah zur S-Bahn Station Penzing (von wo man direkt zum Westbahnhof fährt) und zur U4 Hietzing, als auch zum Schlosspark Schönbrunn. Ich war im Apt 10. Das Bett und auch das Sofabett sind sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Man kann den Raum gut mit Rollos und Vorhänge abdunkeln. Es gibt aber nicht 2 komplett separate Zimmer, sondern das Bett ist durch eine Art Trennwand (die nicht bis zur Decke hinaufreicht) von der Wohnküche getrennt. Gastgeber antwortete schnell falls ich Fragen hatte via Booking.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. Sowohl draussen von der Straße hinauf bis zum Haupteingang (das Gebäude ist etwas höher als die Straße gelegen), als auch zu den Apartments 7-10 hat man einiges an Stiegen mit dem schweren Gepäck zu überwinden.

الشقه نظيفه وشقه 3 واسعه حجمها جميل والشقق 1و2و3 تقع بالدور الارضي والباقي بالادوار العليا. البلاك اوت ممتاز يحجب الشمس تماما. وتعامل الموظفين اكثر من ممتاز ارسلت لهم ايميل يردو بعد وقت وجيز طلبت وبطاطين زيادة وجابو لي هيا. في غساله ونشافه ومكواه مشتركه بغرفة لحالها بالدور الاول

لا يوجد مصعب بس ممكن تمشي بالدور الاول رغم انه في درج بس محتمل والموقع بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط المدينه.

Not quite an apartment, but really close.
Pros:

Location near the train station was great. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Access was a little confusing but we got through it. Would stay again.

Cons:

Billed as 'apartments' but there isn't any common area really. An entryway and two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Coffee and tea were only in one of the bedrooms so people could not individually access unless they happened to be in that room. Smaller than an 'apartment' but it worked for our needs.
