Location gut, der Rest sehr enttäuschend.
Pros:

Genauer Standort der gesucht wurde. Unkompliziertes einchecken

Cons:

Sieht nicht aus wie auf Fotos, Gestank aus dem Badezimmer (vermutlich Kanalissation), kalt, bei 16 Übernachtungen wäre eine Reinigung das mindeste gewesen. All in all, enttäuscht und nicht zum empfehlen.

Tutto ok
Pros:

L’appartamento era molto grande e luminoso . la struttura si trova a pochi minuti dalle fermate di bus e tram per raggiungere il centro.

Cons:

Nell’appartamento faceva molto caldo a prescindere dalla temperatura da noi impostata;
non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua

Great stay
Pros:

Comfy bed
The windows overlooking rooftops
Very spacious room
Self check in (all guidelines on how to access the accommodation were straightforward) - very easy

Cons:

No shower gel in the bathroom (container on the shower wall was empty).
Water was pooling at the bottom of the shower and it took time to drain.
Hot water ended after like 10-15 min - not perfect if you like long showers.

Buen sitio, con buena comunicación en transporte publico con el centro y a precio rtazonable.
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Habitación amplia y limpia

Cons:

Todo bien, pero hubo dos problemillas puntuales: por un lado sono la alarma del local y no apareció nadie a solucionar el problema. Por otro lado, se salió el agua del termo, mojo las toallas y al día siguiente nadie las cambió. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Komunikace probíhala na 1, všechny důležité instrukce dostanete předem, včetně fotek s popisky (kvůli self check-inu)

Cons:

Plíseň ve sprše byla teda síla, celou jsem ji musela stříkat savem. Přiložená fotografie je až po savování, víc to nešlo. Dveře od sprchy nešly ani zavřít. Plíseň byla i na žaluziích v koupelně. Lednička mrazila, a to i když jsem stupeň chlazení snížila na 2 ze 6. Mlíko totální ledová tříšť, potraviny zmrzlé.

Vorsicht bei Zi. 501: Einige Sachen aus der Beschreibung haben gefehlt: Bügeleisen, Pflegeprodukte sowie Schallisolierung! Man hört alles durch die Tür. Leider kam aus dem Bad ein fürchterlicher Gestank. Der Wasserkocher war so starkt verschmutzt, dass ich ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Darin waren irgendwelche roten Überreste verteilt.
Leider war auch die Bettwäsche voller fremder Haare.... Bei Ankunft habe ich dem Personal sofort Bescheid gegeben, etc. Es kam keine Reaktion darauf. Als dann die Heizung nicht ging, habe ich über Nacht gefroren, da man mir keine qualifzierte Auskunft geben konnte, was mit der Heizung los ist. Wahrscheinlich sind alle anderen Zimmer besser....dieses war recht frustriertend für diesen Preis. Einfach schade!
