Pros:

Vicina alla stazione di treno e tram

Cons:

Il letto non era matrimoniale, come indicato nelle caratteristiche della stanza, ma composto da due materassi singoli disposti accanto. Ho scritto alla struttura per chiedere un cambio ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

Pros:

Bom apartamento com ótimas condições e boa localização, relativamente próximo dos transportes públicos.

Cons:

Wc privado com fraco escoamento de água, estava bastante deficiente quer no poliban/ duche quer no lavatório e água saía para fora do duche ficando o chão molhado. E não foi realizada limpeza debaixo da cama 🥴

Humilde e confortável
Pros:

Apesar de estar longe do centro (40min a pé), senti que estava num lugar confortável e com boa vida. Pessoas muito simpáticas.

Cons:

A falta de lugares com comida Austríaca por perto, não pude aproveitar a 100% a gastronomia local.

Pros:

My favorite apartment in one of my favorite cities in the world. This is my third time staying at this owner's apartment, and it's always a pleasure. Vienna Central Station is a 20-minute walk away, the opera and the city center are a 30-minute walk away. Shops are nearby, and the area is quiet. Contact less check in and check out, the owner is always in touch; I'll choose this apartment every time. 💜

Ηταν πολύ καθαρό όταν το βρήκαμε, είχαμε φωτεινό δωμάτιο και παρά πολύ μαλακά κρεβάτια !!!

Pros:

Patul a fost confortabil si a fost cald in camera. Apartamentele sunt bine amplasate, locația acestora fiind aproape de orice transport in comun, la doar 10-20 de minute de centru.

Cons:

Când am ajuns am avut surpriza neplăcută de a observa ca toaleta era mizerabilă. In baie nu exista nici esențiale, precum săpun de mâini. Plapuma era pătată.
O problema majoră a fost faptul ca un bărbat in jur de 50 de ani, rezident al clădirii in care se aflau aceste apartamente/camere ale proprietății, întâlnit la parterul locației, ne-a oprit pentru a ne întreba diverse detalii despre noi, inclusiv camera în care stăm, făcându-ne, de asemenea, avansuri și comentarii sexuale. Când am raportat aceasta problemă celor de la cazare, au tratat-o cu neprofesionalism, spunându-ne ca ei nu sunt responsabili, deoarece nu pot vedea cine intră sau iese din clădire, întrucât nu există recepție. Dezinteresul lor și felul cum au gestionat situația este extrem de deranjant. Ne-am simțit în pericol, fiind nevoie ca de fiecare data ieșeam sau veneam la cazare să sunăm pe cineva pentru a fi cumva protejate. Nu recomandăm această locație fetelor/ femeilor care călătoresc singure.

Everything was at the highest level
Pros:

Thank you for allowing me to stay in your comfortable and cozy apartment. Everything was at the highest level - cleanliness, comfortable bed, clean bedding, new bathroom, sufficient kitchen utensils, large windows on the entire wall. The apartment is very sunny and warm. It was easy and simple to get to the apartment. The location is excellent - a couple of minutes walk to the metro and tram, and there is a bus stop right next to the house. Everything was at the highest level.

Cons:

I don't see anything that needs improvement. Everything is great.
