Calidad precio no esta mal
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que tenia el transporte al lado y era un momento llegar al centro de la ciudad. La habitación para dos personas estaba muy bien, el baño era amplio y el método para entrar era muy fácil. A nivel limpieza tampoco tengo nada que decir ya que estaba todo muy limpio. La habitación es tal cuál se muestra en las imágenes.

Cons:

Al estar la habitación justo debajo del tejado por las ventanas daba todo el sol y hacia mucho calor, era insoportable estar dentro, pero si solo vas a usar la habitación para dormir por la noche esta muy bien ya que abres las ventanas y en nada se refresca. Nos quedamos una mañana sin agua caliente y gracias a chat GPT pudimos reiniciar el aparato para tener agua caliente porque nadie responde a los mensajes, es como hablar con una máquina que tiene ya mensajes automatizados.

Der Preis für Wien war gut.

Cons:

Nicht funktionierende TV Geräte und dazu eine Fernbedienung für drei TV’s. Keine Rückmeldung von der Unterkunft diesbezüglich. Wände könnten mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen.
Eine Flasche Wasser ist immer schön auf den Zimmern bei Ankunft, dies war nicht der Fall.

Pros:

La vicinanza alla stazione del bus

Cons:

Il quartiere, un po' troppo degrado. Il letto matrimoniale che in realtà erano due letti singoli accostati. Il condizionatore era presente ma è vecchissimo e non raffredda la stanza neanche se aspetti 24 ore.

Un tetto sotto la testa, nulla di più.

Il quartiere, le sue aiuole, la fermata della metro abbastanza vicina.

Cons:

La stanza avrebbe avuto bisogno di un aspirapolvere, il pavimento non era pulito (peli, capelli), la spalliera del letto in tessuto era sudicia, inoltre essendo un sotto tetto faceva molto caldo, il ventilatore dentro l'armadio non funzionava. Ma cmq aldilà del ventilatore, serve aria condizionata!

Sehr gut
Pros:

Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, da wir zu 5 übernachtet haben.
Es ist leicht zu erreichen, öffentlich Parksplätze gobts genug und allgemein ist Unterkunft sehr neu und sauber.

Cons:

Unser apartment grenzt in EG direkt an der Strasse und kann etwa lauter sein, aber später am Nacht ist ganz ok.

Terrible experience
Pros:

The view was cool, large windows, the bathroom was new

Cons:

There was no air conditioner as described, and the apartment was on roof top so it was very hot. The bed was not a large one there was 2 single beds next to each other which was very annoying while sleeping, i booked a room with a bath tub but that wasn’t true also and most important THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!! i had to bath in cold water!! I tried to contact the owner with the number they gave me, no one answered or cared to call me back.

Pros:

L'appartamento era molto carino, ben pulito e abbastanza confortevole.abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con le docce e il proprietario ha prontamente mandato un tecnico per gli aggiusti del caso, tranne la domenica in cui il servizio assistenza è sospeso....ma il problema lo abbiamo avuto con la caldaia e l'acqua calda...pian piano risolto ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a fare le docce perché la pressione era bassa e l'acqua calda arrivava con lentezza...

Cons:

Il bagno richiederebbe un minimo di lavori, qualche mini size per gli ospiti viaggiatori come saponi, bagnoschiuma... Anche perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è Altino sarebbe perfetto con qualche confort in più .. anche magari una bottiglia d'acqua per gli arrivi serali.

Lage war sehr gut, leider konnte die Unterkunft uns nicht überzeugen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung war für die Anreise/Abreise und den Möglichkeiten Wien zu erkunden sehr angenehm.
Größe des Appartements /Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit dieses Zimmers besonders vom Bad war extrem schlecht. Auf dem ganzen Boden lagen Haare und machte den Anschein, dass hier nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Außerdem war in diesem Bad außer einer Dusche und dem Waschbecken nichts an Ablagefläche, kein Schrank o.ä., also kann man seine Utensilien nur auf den Boden stellen/legen.
Zum Thema Bett ist es schwierig die richtigen Worte zu finden. Dies ist auf den beigefügten Bildern zu erkennen. Es war außerdem wie eine Hängematte, sehr durchgelegen. Klimaanlage leider ohne Funktion. Die über 100 Fotos die im Angebot bestehen zeigen nicht einmal das bekommende Appartement, daher sehr irreführend.

Der Umstand das dieses Haus in einer nicht überzeugenden Umgebung war tat ihr übriges. Jedes zweite Haus war entweder ein Dönerladen oder Friseur. Außerdem war direkt vor dem Haus eine riesige Baustelle (neue U-Bahn Station).
