Pros:

die Lage ist für mich ideal, U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bäcker... alles quasi um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist für mich als Einzelreisender groß genug. Die Ausstattung ausreichend und nutzbar.

Cons:

Etwas Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Appartement zu teil werden: das Licht im Bad über dem Spiegel ist defekt, das Deckenlicht flackert. Der Fernseher ist nicht nutzbar weil das Antennenkabel nicht festgeschraubt werden kann.
