Im Großen und Ganzen alles okay, Preis Leistung passt.
Pros:

Gut gelegen, Privatparkplatz (Parkhaus inklusive).

Pros:

die Lage ist für mich ideal, U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bäcker... alles quasi um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist für mich als Einzelreisender groß genug. Die Ausstattung ausreichend und nutzbar.

Cons:

Etwas Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Appartement zu teil werden: das Licht im Bad über dem Spiegel ist defekt, das Deckenlicht flackert. Der Fernseher ist nicht nutzbar weil das Antennenkabel nicht festgeschraubt werden kann.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Vienna
Pros:

Struttura moderna e dotata di tutto quello che serve: bagno comodo e spazioso, angolo cottura con piatti e pentole, microonde, ecc. Gli spazi sono sufficienti per due persone. Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita.
La posizione è buona per raggiungere il centro (con la metro, a pochi passi, si raggiunge il centro in circa 35/40 minuti) e il parcheggio, gratuito e vicino, è un ottimo servizio per chi arriva in auto. Il check in è check out è totalmente automatico. Abbiamo comunque avuto sempre un riscontro tempestivo alle nostre richieste.

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli: le tapparelle automatiche non sono comodissime e se si tengono aperte manca un po' di privacy (a causa delle finestre dell'edificio di fronte). Avere anche delle tende interne "tradizionali" sarebbe stato meglio. Il riscaldamento non si poteva regolare e la temperatura era molto elevata (ok, dopo una giornata con le temperature glaciali di Vienna in inverno a qualcuno può anche andar bene, ma faceva veramente troppo caldo). C'era una mensola dell'armadio rotta.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Location, price, kitchen

Cons:

There were missing pieces like brush and shovel, more cleaning products to keep the place clean. In kitchen it would be nice if there is sugar for coffee or salt and oil for cooking but these are just small things for improvement if needed. All otherwise great place to stay and we were happy for the location.

Hallo Städtekurztrip
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal jederzeit zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum von Wien wohnen möchte – besonders mit Vierbeinern. Unser Hund hat sich in der nahegelegenen Hundezone sehr wohl gefühlt. Die U-Bahn ist außerdem bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Kennzeichenerkennung in der nahegelegenen Garage hat nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert. Glücklicherweise war der Pförtner sehr freundlich und hat uns nach kurzem Klingeln problemlos durchgelassen.

Séjour très agréable et reposant.
Pros:

L‘emplacement de la chambre est parfaite au milieu d‘une placette piétonne, endroit calme près des transports en commun et de supermarché, à quelques mètres d‘un lac idéal pour flanner, faire du sport ou se promener. Tout se trouve à proximité .

Cons:

Le personnel est quasi inexistant, la terrasse commune n’a été nettoyer qu’après ma demande par téléphone, un seul cendrier pour 3 tables qui n‘est jamais vider. En 11 jour la chambre n‘a jamais été nettoyer et les draps n’ont pas été changé et il n‘y avait pas de draps de rechange dans la chambre 😕 C dommage
