One can hardly reach any staff in case of technical problems. I tried it for several days both on the phone and WhatsApp and I was communicating with a bot who always was telling that it is informing a "human assistant" about the technical problem. However no any human being ever contacted me and no staff appeared to solve the issue. It seems that the property is almost entirely run by AI.
Amazing location - end station of U2 line. 30 min and you are in the centre of Viena.
Mostly it was clean.
Tea, coffee, kitchen tools - everything is present.

Parking is amazing.
The door was unlocked in 10 minutes after checkin. Guy from support spent 20 min for not useful actions.
Door was not easy to unlock. You need to catch a moment when you can push and it will be opened. You need to try 3-5 times to unlock it.
The light in the bathroom was not working at all .
One of cup was not cleaned, there was a coffee from previous guests
Smell in the toilet is awful. Maybe air from other rooms were there. When somebody makes their "actions", you can smell everything.
