Comfortable stay for a good price at the outskirts of Vienna in Seestadt
Pros:

Very well suited for a short stay. Everything in the apartment worked and access is contactless and easy. The locality is away from the city but has everything including shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Room was clean and the kitchen was reliable and worked perfectly.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like. It is the perfect room for the price and everything is as advertised.

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla fermata della metro e in una zona tranquilla.

Cons:

Ho avuto problemi con le persiane e nonostante io abbia chiesto sin dal primo giorno un intervento, il personale è intervenuto solo l’ultimo giorno e in ogni caso non ha risolto il problema. La finestra non aveva tenda, ciò ha comportato dover essere svegliati ogni mattina in modo brusco con sole forte e diretto sul letto.

Pros:

Molto vicina alla fermata della metro Seestadt. Struttura nuovissima in un quartiere nuovo. Ascensore e struttura facilmente accessibile per tutti.

Cons:

Internet con rete libera e registrazione tramite sito, poco chiara e soprattutto poco trasparente, essendo una connessione non protetta (al giorno d’oggi no sense). Molto migliorabile.
Doccia ampia però allaga il bagno. Mancano strumenti per la pulizia self-service (es una scopa e un panno per asciugare per terra la doccia).

Pros:

The apartment fully met our expectations and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay of a few days. It was clean, well-equipped, and made us feel at home.
The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city center in about 30 minutes. There is also a grocery store and everything else you might need for a short stay within the neighborhood.
The underground parking garage was a great advantage, allowing us to safely leave our car while exploring the city by metro.
We highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w toalecie. W telewizorze nie działał żaden kanał, nawet internet mimo połączenia z WiFi. Słaba lokalizacja

Fernseher hat keine österreichischen Programme, finde ich schade, im eigenen Bundesland deutsche Sender...

Не плохие апартаменты, бывают хуже но соотношение цени качества очень завышены есть апартаменты в Вене на порядок выше п

Не убирают, не меняют белье, сказали, что могут за дополнительную плату поменять, как минимум об этом надо сообщать в предложении
